Cincinnati Police Chief Teresa Theetge is providing an update on a large fight that took place in downtown Cincinnati near Fourth and Elm streets. Theetge said that she's in "complete disgust" after watching the videos of the fight.

I stand by my view that the police are mostly there to protect the crooks from the citizens. They don’t care so much about protecting citizens from the crooks. If the city has a crime problem, it’s a good thing! The city needs to spend more money on the police! The police like that. The police like the crooks more than they like citizens.
