That would make as much sense.

The United Nations has no sovereign power. Sorry. Read the charter.

Correct,
The first statement is false.
The ICJ does not have jurisdiction in the UnitedStates.

That will be fun to watch. Fortunately the court has no enforcement power, and the US is not a signatory anyway.

The ICJ is considered the world's highest court and it has global jurisdiction

It has zero jurisdiction here in the US. And should not even be recognized in any way shape or form.

Trump should immediately file suit against China. 18% of the mercury in Oregon is comes from China coal plants.

No one has yet proven that the rise in co2 causes global warming...
In fact, I'd say it balances the need for more food....including meat...for the increase in population.

As POTUS I would tell all nations - you can accept the ICJ or you can have relations with us, not both.
If you want something AKIN to the ICJ it would be sovereignty centered, with its members selected as direct representatives of each nations sitting chief executive and it would only hear cases agreed to by 100% of the members, could only issue judgements agreed to by 100% of the members and would have no official or unofficial relationship with any other international body, and certainly not the U.N.
Putting judicial robes on is not an act of magic that magically makes the wearers of those robes morally, legally or politically superior in judgement over any person or nation. It is moral and political suicide, as well as irrational and illogical to pretend otherwise.

This should get them enough attention that Rubio will withdraw their visas and ban them from the US.
