SCOTUS has consistently ruled—when both Obama & his Mini me Joe were intentionally neglecting their constitutional duty to enforce our immigration law, actually barring Arizona and others from defending themselves from invasion—that our northern and southern border fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal government.
