The Great Awakening ('Freedom of Thought’), was designed and created not only as a backchannel to the public (away from the longstanding ‘mind’ control of the corrupt & heavily biased media) to endure future events through transparency and regeneration of individual thought (breaking the chains of ‘group-think’), but, more importantly, aid in the construction of a vehicle (a ‘ship’) that provides the scattered (‘free thinkers’) with a ‘starter’ new social-networking platform which allows for freedom of thought, expression, and patriotism or national pride (the feeling of love, devotion and sense of attachment to a homeland and alliance with other citizens who share the same sentiment).
When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.
You are not alone and you are not in the minority.
Difficult truths will soon see the light of day.

It’s going to get a lot worse for software engineers, but not because of offshore personnel (I hate using the word “resources”). AI is about to reduce the number of coders by a factor of 10. In my current role as a Scrum Master and Product owner I’m already doing the job of 3 people because of AI. Y’all remember the Michael Keaton movie called “Gung Ho”? Robotics were taking over the car building industry in Japan. The line goes something like, “someone will have to mind the robots”. That line has always stuck with me. Besides interpreting business requirements, my job is now to help mind the robots. I’m sure Snowy’s productivity has risen exponentially by automating testing. It’s happening faster and faster daily. I think visual designers are safe for a while, but the coders that interpret the designs to code are dwindling.

Was it traumatic to learn the truth? Yes. I can’t speak for others, but I can tell you that for me, 99% of the trauma wasn’t from learning the truth, it was from finding out that I’d believed so many lies for so long. (How could I have been so gullible and stupid? Oh, that’s right, everyone else was gullible and stupid right along with me. “Everybody knows that ....”)
Withholding the truth from us means that we are children, extremely weak ones, and need to be managed.
I don’t want to trade leftwing parents/managers for rightwing parents/managers or middle-of-the-road parents/managers. Stop trying to manage me, Q. As far as I’m concerned, if we need to be managed and coddled, then it matters very little who is running the country because we are not free and sovereign citizens, we are merely wards of the state.

Most of us idolized our parents as kids, but managed just fine when we found out they were not perfect.

Former intelligence staffers with USAID and the State Department believe they can astroturf an uprising to overthrow Trump, hindering his ability to splinter their network even further. Many were laid off during the early months of his administration when the U.S. Department of Government Efficiency was largely unfettered in firing vast swaths of the federal bureaucracy.
The “future of democracy” is on the line, according to participants who spoke with NOTUS. They described launching workshops on “noncooperation” to cultivate a community that will engage in small rebellious acts and potentially a national strike. Some of the participants still work in the government today.
“Take it from those of us who worked in authoritarian countries: We’ve become one,” a current federal official told NOTUS. “They were so quick to disband AID, the group that supposedly instigates color revolutions. But they’ve done a very foolish thing. You just released a bunch of well-trained individuals into your population. If you kept our offices going and had us play solitaire in the office, it might have been safer to keep your regime.”
Others framed the effort as modeled after an old CIA tactic known as “Simple Sabotage” which was laid out decades ago in a pamphlet.
