My friend Kathryn is a vegan. Looks terrific, walks five miles a day even when it’s snowing out. Doesn’t even eat tofu for some reason, gets protein from beans.
Woman I knew decades ago just died at 102, still looked great. Her advice: Eat mostly fruits and vegetables and exercise an hour a day. I know she ate a little meat.
I’m small, only eat organic chicken, tofu and wild-caught Alaskan salmon. Repeat.
Did exercise an hour a day, then Covid closed gyms, then I broke my knee. Just getting back to exercise routine. It’s not easy.
Cats are obligate carnivores. Don’t vegans own cats?
Daisy, my cat, eats Friskies turkey in gravy or chicken in gravy, half a can every night. Plus IAMS crunchies, plus bottled water cuz tap water here sux.
Love that dog!
Hear hear! And we just cancelled our 20 pound order of petri dish fake plant derived beef. We hear it grows man-teats, like female hormone analogues are wont to do!
I’ll double up to compensate.
Look at Schumer’s vegan man teats! They aren’t real meat, am guessing and that cheese— it sure isn’t real Italian provolone!
The "world" can piss right off on our holiday.
Chicken Wings here supplemented by all beef hot dogs. I’m thinking of fortifying the hot dogs with injections of garlic oil while cooking them on the grill.
How about a National Day Of Independence From Tofu and Soy Day?
I shall not participate in a No Meat Day. It isn’t natural.
Insanity
All the more bacon for me.
Oldest is long coat German Shepherd:
Youngest is a Belgian Gronendael:
Just go take a bite out of a cow.
Hey Chuckie, ENJOY! I hope you eat a lot of them!
Not me!
They are followers of Hindu religious rules. These made their way into the US in spades during the 60s hippie era when the new age idiots were getting indoctrinated by the Maharishi Yogi. They think their rules are scientific and would be miffed if they were told they are following religious dogma.
That’s too cute!
They are beautiful! I grew up with German Shepherds. I love our cats, but I do envy you!
