I put everything in my salad...artichoke hearts, hard boiled eggs, chick peas, black beans...tomatoes cucumbers...a good olive oil and a special seasoning and croutons. It’s a real treat..and I do it everyday...don’t always have everything mentioned.

I seem to recall a granny in a rocking chair, rocking across the screen.
But, to stay on topic, cheese is essential. We always have at least three types in the fridge. I’ll eat that stuff “right off the cob”.
Cheese is what made the Roman Army so powerful!..............
