Well, Mrs. Uber pointed out that the “lack of money [i.e. a job] is the root of many divorces. So I’ll have to be getting back to gainful employment after better than half a year of taking it to the Deep State online.
In negotiating with the company I’ll be working for, one of the confidentiality agreements stated they would own any intellectual property including patents while employed there, even if it was done on my own time and didn’t relate to the companies business.
This didn’t go over well with me, and in back and forth e-mail exchanges we finally agreed that anything I listed as being worked on now (AFTER an NDA is signed) would be outside of what they could consider “theirs”.
