It's Saharan dust season in the Atlantic, when massive clouds of dust from Africa's Sahara Desert are carried westward by wind, sometimes reaching all the way to the United States.

In Florida we like this dust. It keeps away the hurricanes. When the dust disappears is when the hurricanes come. It protects us, so pray for dust!

It depends on what latitude you are at.

We can put a helicopter on Mars, but we can’t make a Swiffer to handle some dust?

Yes, sandstorms from the Sahara desert blow into the Amazon rainforest and contribute essential nutrients to the ecosystem. Specifically, Saharan dust, rich in phosphorus and other minerals, travels across the Atlantic Ocean and replenishes nutrients in the Amazon rainforest’s soil.

You’re right, but those winds are above latitude 30 North. Between the equator and 30 degrees, the winds blow the other way, from east to west. Those are the so-called “trade winds,” that ships have relied on to cross the Atlantic since the time of Columbus. Besides pushing ships westward, they also push hurricanes, and the dust clouds we’re watching now. The same ships that use the trade winds to go from Europe to America have to go up above latitude 30, in order to catch the prevailing winds so they can return to Europe. In the middle, between the trade winds and the prevailing winds, you have the Sargasso Sea, a sea within the ocean.

That was something, wasn’t it. I believe even Fauci himself later observed that ‘social distancing’ (yet another Orwellian oxymoron) had no basis in fact, and that even he didn’t know where it really came from; someone just made it up, and amidst the hysteria so prevalent at the time, it simply became gospel. The whole C19 experience/sham/whatever it was was at once highly educational and horrifying. Changed me, and not necessarily in a good way.

I had decades experience nursing and that was such baloney. The whole thing suggesting they could track and trace a virus in was not a medical necessity but a psychological program to control...but you know this.

It was all a lie
