‘He Killed Himself’: FBI Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino Double Down on Epstein Claim

Billionaire pedophile Jeffrey Epstein, whose list of clients included some of the world’s most elite, really killed himself inside his jail cell, FBI Director Kash Patel and Deputy Director Dan Bongino said.

Speaking to Fox News Sunday Morning Futures’ Maria Bartiromo, Patel and Bongino both confirmed the deceased hedge fund manager who owned Pedophile Island died by suicide inside the Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York City.

“You said Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. People don’t believe it,” Bartiromo pressed the pair.

“They have a right to their opinion,” Patel responded.

“But as someone who’s been a public defender, a prosecutor, who’s worked in that prison system and been inside segregated housing——you know a suicide when you see one. And that’s what that was,” he added.

FBI Deputy Director Bongino backed up Patel, saying, “He killed himself.”

“Again, you want me to—I’ve seen the whole file…He killed himself,” Bongino said.

The claims align with what Director Patel told a Senate Appropriations subcommittee earlier this month, including comments to Sen. John Kennedy (R-La.), saying, “Senator, I believe he hung himself in a cell in the Metropolitan detention center.”

Sen. Kennedy: "Are you going to release all the information about Jeffrey Epstein?"

FBI Director Patel: "We are working through that right now with the DOJ."

Sen. Kennedy: "When do you think you'll have that done? Before I die?"

FBI Director Patel: "In the near future." pic.twitter.com/L2osfeXOVa

“Are you going to release all the information about that?” Kennedy questioned.

Patel answered, “Senator, we are working through that right now with the Department of Justice.”

“When do you think you’ll have it done, Kash?” the Louisiana senator asked.

“I think in the near future, sir,” replied Patel.

“Like, before I die?” Kennedy inquired.

“Senator, we’ve been working on that and we’re doing it in a way that protects victims and also doesn’t put out into the ether information that is irrelevant for production of the public, such as CSAM [child sex abuse material],” Patel answered.

An update by Bongino eight days ago also stated, “We are working with the DOJ on the Epstein case and, as the AG stated, there are voluminous amounts of downloaded child sexual abuse material that we are dealing with.”

I’d like to update you on some things that I think are going well, and some things that we can, and will, do better.

The workforce has been working overtime on task force operations to remove dangerous illegal aliens from the country. The work continues. The message is clear.…

— Dan Bongino (@FBIDDBongino) May 10, 2025

“There are also victim’s statements that are entitled to specific protections. We need to do this correctly, but I do understand the public’s desire to get the information out there.”

Is it possible the arch-villain was allowed to off himself behind bars, taking with him the secrets of some of the world’s most powerful people? Or have two of the most admired figures in the MAGA movement been compromised by the Deep State?

Like I said, Bill Clinton’s private sex life does not affect the country’s future

If he was blackmailed over it, it does.

Bill Clinton had most successful presidency until 45 & 47. Everyone knew about Paula & Lewinsky and the blue dress. Voters did not care.

Their noses are different.

In the smaller picture, Epstein is a) upright, b) younger, and c) alive and well.

And as with Trump, impeaching him only helped him, politically.

If someone could have a trial for committing suicide which on face value is ridiculous, Epstein would be found innocent because there is a ton of reasonable doubt.

Reasonable doubt evidently not shared by Patel and Bongino who have evolved from tough talking wannbe change agents into institutional gatekeepers.

So sad.

Clinton had dozens of scandals.

His genius was in getting everyone to focus on the stupid ones.

Really! I think acting as morality police in politics is a waste of time. Focus on issues which matter to voters most. Most important are pocket book issues. Losing elections causes complete loss of agenda of losers.

translation: witness protection?

Epstein was an asset. Sounds like Kash and Bongino have the data and are using it. Not sure if that's good, or bad. Time will tell.

Sex in politics is not just “about sex”.

It is about blackmail.

It is about how bad actors take the politicians and make them do evil things—which in turn affect your life every day.

Example: The climate change fraud is making everything more expensive for all of us. Many who support it are blackmailed to keep them in line.

That is entirely possible—best case scenario—very hard to evaluate whether it is correct or not.

As with Kennedy and Johnson, there will be Clinton's ex-mistresses coming out of the woodwork a decade or two after his death with “tell all” books. Perhaps also with Obama, except with male lovers, again well after his death. At that point, it will be as relevant as Warren Harding's pecadillos.

Baden also said George Floyd died of homicide by asphyxia and not a drug overdose.

Who was blackmailed so far about sex? Can you name one or two? Or you just are imagining future problems. I think voters are so used to see sex affairs such as Bill Clinton, they are not going to be seated because of illegal sex. Focus on pocketbook issues. It is what drives voters.

Donald J Trump had many affairs and several divorces. Even with porn stars. Did that stop him from winning 2 elections? People in this era care less about those things and care more about what actually affects their lives.

“Regarding this case, I wouldn’t believe anything the Federal Government says about it for the next 100 years....regardless of who was in office. The uniparty and plenty of it’s wealthy supporters are hip deep in this cesspool of perversion. You’ll never know the truth. Period. On to the next revelation of nothingness.”

So true. Bill Barr, an archBushie, facilitated, the whole hit by making sure Epstein was incarcerated in a Democrat controlled prison. That’s the only way all the various things that worked on that day to eliminate his protection could have happened, enabling his murder. And remember, he had an excellent non prosecution agreement that was agreed to by the Bush administration to close out all of the criminal prosecutions against him and his accomplices. He was optimistic, expecting to use that agreement to get free. He had absolutely no reason under those circumstances to want to commit suicide.

That NPA, in my opinion, resulted from a corrupt combination between the Bushes and the Clintons. Although the large majority of Epstein’s “clients” were Democrats, he was a tolerant soul and was glad to extend similar favors to Republicans.
