Well, it brings me no pleasure to bag on Pepsi but the people have spoken with their almighty dollars.
Recently, Dr Pepper made its debut in the #2 slot, knocking Pepsi to the bronze position.
There's hope for America! Dr Pepper just toppled Pepsi and I am here for it Just when we seemed to be at our darkest hour, a glimmer of hope arose. NOTTHEBEE.COM

Now, the former king of pop (although it has been a few decades now) has been supplanted by what some may consider a surprising choice.
Yes, Sprite is now the country's third-favorite soda.
Let's be honest, these ARE the three best sodas. In places two and three are Dr. Pepper and Sprite, respectively, per the outlet. The former soft drink accounts for 8.3 percent of all canned soda sales, while the latter one is responsible for 8.03 percent, the outlet reported.
Pepsi, in comparison, only has 7.97 percent of the market, according to the outlet.
See ya later, Pepsi!
This isn't so much a hatred of Pepsi, although it is sorta gross, but it's more about how we, as a country, have finally got it right. Trump hasn't even been president for 6 months but already the three best sodas are now the three best selling sodas.
Now we've just got to fix the order and establish Dr Pepper supremacy.
The stomach is more acidic.
Grew up on Kool-Aid,RC,Nehi Orange,Upper 10.
Sadly Nehi and Upper 10 long gone from stores .
Sprite is OK.
RC still available.
All have too much sugar(high fructose corn syrup).
Arnold Palmer..yucky drink.Great golfer. Now Arizoma Raspberry Iced Tea also great.
And Green Tea with Ginseng.
That’s WILD!
Yes to Kool-Aid in childhood. Was able to find Nehi Orange for quite a while. Excellent soft drink.
Once I got hooked on diet soda, I can’t handle the full sugar taste of non-diet.
Let me take that back about only diet. IBC Black Cherry is so good that I keep it in stock and just drink as a treat, even full sugar.
I don’t drink much soda these days. But when I do, it’s usually Coke in a glass bottle from Mexico. Dr Pepper in a glass bottle made with real “sugar” is good, but it’s a distant 2nd. It’s a weaker version of Dr Pepper that was made prior to the HFCS invasion.
Zero sugar Vernor’s is pretty good.
I’m originally from Detroit where Vernor’s is from. It’s pretty rare where I live now. I usually buy a case or twinges we go home.
Same...I swear i can feel the grit of the sugar in my mouth.
We’ve seen them 4 times in the last 5-1/2 years. At City Winery in ATL we were right in front of Jeff, wife got a pick and the set list.
Used to love Frosty root beer and grape Nehi when I was little.
Also remember when Coke was made with cane sugar and tasted better.
We had a carbonated grape soda in Mississippi called ‘Grapette’ that was really good..............

What about Grape Nehi?
They didn’t sell Nehi where I was..................
Well we know they sold it in Ottumwa, Iowa.
I used to date a girl from there................
It’s an acquired taste. Don’t be surprised if you end up spitting it out on the first taste.
Sprite is popular with a certain crowd. They prefer clear soda because the evil corporate white guys put chemicals in dark soda that make them sterile and impotent. Dead serious, I have had guys tell me this that were inner city hoodies working at places I went to ...
Rather than waiting for a trip back home, you can let Amazon do all the heavy lifting.
