I guessed 3 from the headline. Olive, Grape and Garlic. The other 3 I have no use for. In fact I really don’tt like rosemary. Will I live?

I’d like to know more about hawthorn. Most of these others are already incorporated into my diet.

You’re gonna need some space, because Hawthorn’s can reach 50’ tall. They are very pretty all season, require full sun, Zone 4-8.

I loathe rosemary, so I take it in capsules. Hawthorne, I am totally unfamiliar with.

Thank you, but that should count me out! Not a lot of full sun available around here. I’d rather be able to grow more vegetables if I could get the sun requirement taken care of. The one tree that we would consider cutting down has a price tag of $2k to remove it. We could at least salvage it for firewood in a few years.

The pic doesn’t so much match the six important nutrients, looks like three of the six are there.

Maybe Conservative Mind will chime in if there are any supplements that hit these six foods.

I’m surprised that we don’t have any Hawthorns on our property. Gonna ask Mr. Wonderful about adding some.

I just ordered three Nanking Bush Cherries to add to the edge of the garden. They bloom so beautifully in the spring and you actually get cherries, if the birds don’t beat ya to it!

No meat.

That tells me that Mediterranean people were bad hunters.

This stuff is SOOO stupid. The great strength of the “Mediterranean Diet” - which NO ONE can define! - is that it is NOT the SAD (Standard American Diet)!

Has it been compared to Keto, or to Carnivore? Nope. “Studies” that claim to typically describe “keto” as a diet with around 35-40% carbs, compared to a real Keto diet of around 10% or less.

Some people love rosemary and some can’t stand it. Same with Cilantro, Lamb or, even better, Mutton. We prefer it to beef, roasted or braised with garlic and (you guessed it) rosemary.

It's great to add to your spaghetti sauce, but you have to use the Italian sausage and add fennel seed. Never ever put hamburger in your spaghetti sauce or you will be thought a heathen and cast out of Valhalla.

Inside secret, add a bit of brown sugar and cinnamon at the end and you will rock your families world.

I use rosemary with fennel. Made the best stuffed pork roast.

I like lamb and mutton. I like most things but You can keep the rosemary. My in-laws have been staying with us, lost their home in the fires. They like to cook. But I could not put a second bite of their rosemary chicken in my mouth.
