It seems that such Happiness Surveys come out every few weeks. Maybe that frequency is being effected by the calendar. We are nearing Memorial Day, last Monday in May.
Maybe there is some gentle nudging going on, meant to inspire people to visit some of these wholesome hamlets of happy humans.
