Said another way, recall fire extinguisher training: You aim the spray of flame suppressent at the base of the fire where the ignition happened and is fueled; you don't aim a fire extinguisher higher, at the flames themselves.
These are large institutions and Trumps people are still learning who to trust. (Leakers e.g. the Jensen story?) No point in relying on people who are going to quietly hamstring you for the next 4 years, no point in arrests that will immediately be swatted down by the DC Circuit.
ransomnote: Yes. Epstein implicates many throughout our culture and would be highly disruptive; parts of our society don't even want to believe such evil exists. So those cases would be swatted down and not enough (IMHO) public support would object. Eptstein leads to so many sports/entertainment/politics/NATO allies/elites etc. Controlled release of partial Epstein might work, but at present the Deep State seems like it's still too strong. Money and their military (El Savadorans, MS-13) are drying up though.
They need to clean house and get their people in charge. At the same time they have to deal with responses to all the DemSoc "flood the zone" legal filings challenging the President's current policies, and that saps away manpower and time. There need to be priorities, they are not going to be able to fix every problem and right every wrong, not enough resources. (At least at this time.)
ransomnote: I agree. This reminds me of the one and only wasp's nest I dealt with. When I shot the nest with 'anti-wasp' spray, the first thing that instantly happened was two 'army' wasps darted out of the nest to find someone/something to attack before I could seal the exit with spray. Had the whole hive emptied, I would have been in a cloud of wasps.
Even moving as fast as the Trump administration is moving, there's still many many hives all emptying to attack. The Deep State is badly off guard - they never expected Trump's 'lightening' strategy and so they make the most of mistakes the administration makes in its blitzekrieg pace.
Blitzkrieg is a word used to describe a combined arms surprise attack, using a rapid, overwhelming force concentration that may consist of armored and motorized or mechanized infantry formations, together with artillery, air assault, and close air support. The intent is to break through an opponent's lines of defense, dislocate the defenders, confuse the enemy by making it difficult to respond to the continuously changing front, and defeat them in a decisive Vernichtungsschlacht: a battle of annihilation.
We are still dealing with the Epstein files and the appeal of Ghislaine Maxwell. People are screaming about a situation that was plopped down in their laps by previous administrations and the President's promises. Any associated cases are by now probably Statute Barred, or plead down, or Paid off victims NDA'ed cases, probably an inactionable total Mares nest. IIRC the prosecutors rule is that you should not generally release information about individuals in a case that you are not going to prosecute, even if they are guilty of something. These cases are a giant black hole for attorney time and effort and nobody will end up satisfied with the non-resolution.
ransomnote: I also think there's little hope of getting a fair judgement until the courts are cleaned. And, you can't have double jeopardy so you need the first attempt to stick. I suspect the first cases we'd see would be low hanging fruit; they only need to get the Deep Staters behind bars for straightforward cases (NGO theft) to hold them out of action until they have the resources to go after Epstein style stuff. But, as long as high profile Deep Staters are held, the Deep State will attack attack and attack, so best to weaken the enemy first.
Rather than Epstein and JFK files (how much should we spend to satisfy our curiosity on the JFK assassination at this point?) Probably better to prioritize things like Actblue money laundering and election fraud and taking down Soros, Eisen, Et al. and State level vote fraud violations by Democrats and dominion machines and related election security and domestic terrorism by Democrat voters. Open border violations and enrolling illegals on SSA, and medicare and voting law violations and prosecutions of the Americans who did this and who flew them around the country. All the NGO Grift needs prosecution, sure, and Russiagate as well. These need to be prioritized because these present the biggest threat to the United States. How many attorneys will this take? Probably more than they currently have.
ransomnote: Yes. Focus on the source and life support systems of Deep State ops. Cutting the money out from under the sources/life support systems gives you weaker and fewer enemies to fight.
I am sure they are already collecting potential and actionable cases and intelligence, securing previously suppressed evidence of criminal action, gaining support from legislators in Congress to investigating and remove hostile Judiciary who would end up as trial judges. Again, satisfying to see perp walks, but If you arrest people, you need to start trying them and the media will start to focus on them and shout loudly about vindictive prosecutions.
ransomnote: And letting the deep state expose its backside in their efforts helps win hearts and minds to MAGA. Also, I think arrests 'trigger' the Deep State's threats against DC, MAGA, or schools, hospitals and other soft targets. During the time that they are prosecuted, whomever is left driving the Deep State will maximize disruption and drag out the process whereas Trump's team benefits from quick and clean. Best to let cases come together, Grand Juries convene behind closed doors etc.
Better to build a case and obtain States Evidence from the Lower echelon people then do your RICO cases and get guilty pleas for testifying and avoid cases that drag on for years into the next administration. After that you can do your higher level crimals mass Rico arrests. (I would hope they could prosecute somewhere far away from the DC circuit unless congress has decided to collapse that DC Court. Are there any Actblue contributions that were money laundered in South Dakota? Prosecute them there. )
In the meantime let the Democrat (Democrat-Socialist) party display them selves in the irrational insanity of their mouldy hemp-clouded 1960s demonstrations and further separate themselves from working Americans.
ransomnote: Tony Seruga has been making the point that opposition to Trump is much smaller than portrayed. He's been scanning cell phones at rallies and AOC/Bernie rallies are astroturfed. Sooner or later the deep state paid actors will start leaving their phones at home, but for now we have evidence that smoke and mirrors can't hide the fact there are few on their side. I recall a group of 5 lawless lawmakers (Schiff was there) standing in front of an Agency for a press briefing stating they were there to call a halt to this 'travesty'...blah blah blah. And there was not a single supporter near them - just a big empty setting with MSM facing these desparate thugs.
Will we have CWII? Its already underway on a low level. Will the military get involved? That would bring an inflow of manpower and a different legal standard for prosecution. However, this situation has to get more violent which nobody wants.
