Instead of that weak-ass slap, he should have had him arrested for assault. It’s all there on video. However, the best reaction would be a quick jab to the nose, take him down with your leg sweep while blood is pouring out of his face then rain blows on his face with your fists until five guys have to peel you off of his limp body. That’s just me though. This version would have made for a much better video.

Misleading headline. Tesla owners are mostly democrats-the virtue signalers and show offs. This guy’s gotta be a crazed leftist, a gift to the GOP who only have to ID them as democrats. If I owned one it’d be parked in the garage till this stuff cools down, a few months.

The problem here, looking at it from a legal aspect of self-defense, was the pause. Had he not paused after the assailant hit him in the nose as he was knocking his hat off, it would’ve seemed more reflexive than calculating. With the pause, the only option you have now is to create space with a shove. Let the assailant come back in, and then defend yourself, not with a bitch slap, but with a right hook or right upper cut. The hook being optimal because the upper cut offers up opportunity for a broken wrist. Non-boxers should use an open palm strike vs a fist.
