The old rules are no longer locked in stone.

Yes because every letter dad some sort of research or logic behind it. They also built the briefing books you’d see see the secretaries use when answering questions in front of Congress.
As good as Trump is, he can’t do it by himself. I fully support what he’s done so far, so we will see what happens.
My experience in life (which including being on teams that did the “impossible” routinely) is that motivation is the most important factor needed in success.
I like to use the analogy of my old hound dog.
If you met him you would think the poor guy was on his last legs—until he goes straight into warp speed to chase a rabbit.
