It was an existing agency within the Executive.
It establishes a time line (18 months)
It details where they are going to work and what work should be done.
It details what each work team will consist of in terms of personnel.

None of these people seem to have read the EO. The USDS has been around for many years—it dates back to Obama.

And for those saying he “just gutted” the USDS, and replaced it with DOGE; those people should read orders and laws. Gutting stuff and dropping new stuff in them is how government works. Again this is nothing new.
