Kash just promised to work with Senator Blackburn on releasing the Epstein list and stopping child trafficking in this country. This is tremendous. The liberals who said Trump would never allow the Epstein List to be released will be eating their words soon. The FBI WAS involved in the Epstein Island blackmail operation. What if it does meet the standards of the Constitution? Notice how desperately he tries to get Kash to admit to him that Biden really did get the most votes in history and that there was nothing fraudulent about the election. Everything he tried failed. There is no way in hockeysticks I’m going to sit still for some towerdick clearing a chopper to cross my approach path, at any elevation, if I’m less than five miles out. It has to be on radio so everbody knows who I’ll be looking for. At approach speed, flaps down, wheels down, at 100 mph or so, that’s less than two minutes for him to get his butt out of my way. It’s one thing to clear landings one minute apart when everyone is going the same direction. But clearing cross traffic in that same time frame is a bleepinghuge No No.

Course rules are just that, rules. The helo HAD to be up Reagan tower and it HAD to be at a certain altitude. Tower SHOULD have had them circle left until the jet crossed the threshold, they apparently didn’t. It sounds like the jet was # minimum descent altitude on the approach, no excuse for the helo crew. ATC porked it up, but the HAC is responsible for the safety of his flight. They are dead, and if the Army is the same as the Marines it will be pilot error. While a crappy ATC can contribute, they aren’t flying.
