lol...Needed a laugh!
She was born on October 17,1902, approximate date given for this picture was 1920. On March 10, 1973 she had a stroke and passed on April 26, 1973 at the age of 70.
The Beverly Hillbillies ran from 1962-1971. Medicare was started in 1965. She would have become eligible for Medicare in 967. The Roy Rogers & Dale Evans Show ran for 3 months, September 29, 1962 until December 22, 1962.
Thus, depending on the date that she appeared on the show, she would have been 59 or 60.
So, she really wasn't yet eligible for Medicare when we see her singing that song. Who would have guessed. 🤣
Geez. “Granny” singing “I am Woman?”
Afraid to click on the link...Maybe during afternoon Happy Hour.
When you find the perfect mate, no other woman can replace them. You apparently haven’t learned that reality, because you have not found that woman. I hope you eventually do, then you will understand why a true partner in not replaceable.

Those few remaining degrees evaporated within a decade there after. That was 1962, by 1969 the erosion began & then rapidly set in. By 1972 is was speeding towards degeneracy at warp speed. The only thing holding it back was our parents generation, who put us on that path but with limits. Those limits were sliding as more & more passed from this earth.
Agreed.
Life got to good and easy for the new generations after boomers at least.
I loved seeing “Granny” again...it has been many years!
She was performing in Pippin when she had the Stroke.
You are correct. She was playing the mother of Charlemagne.

Woo-Hoo! Aren’t you a smarty pants!
I was quoting a Lyle Lovett song- If I had a boat...
Lyle Lovett:
And if I had a boat
I’d go out on the ocean
And if I had a pony
I’d ride him on my boat
And we could all together
Go out on the ocean
I said, me upon my pony on my boat
[Verse 1]
Now if I were Roy Rogers
I’d sure enough be single
I couldn’t bring myself to marrying old Dale
Well, it’d just be me and Trigger
We’d go riding through them movies
Then we’d buy a boat and on the sea we’d sail
Happy to inform you that Mrs. BBB333 & I will be celebrating our 35th anniversary three days after The Trumps celebrate their 20th.
Thanks for you input, haveaniceday
