Eva Longoria fled 'dystopian' America and is 'privileged' to now be living in Mexico and Spain with her family.
The Texas born actress, who has spent her 'whole adult life' in California, says she feels the American 'chapter in my life is done now' and no longer wants to live in Los Angeles, alleging the city has been 'changing'.
Longoria, who has Spanish citizenship, and her producer husband José Bastón, a native of Mexico, have been living abroad with their six-year-old son Santiago while she works on her CNN miniseries Searching for Spain - a follow up to last year's Searching for Mexico.

Is she a dual citizen?
Inquiring minds want to know...
Bye... and please turn in your voter registration card.
Did she take her illegal alien housekeeper, cook and nanny and their families with them?
Who ever she may be, goodbye and don’t come back.
...and I should give a crap because...??
Good!! Stay there. Take as many of your Hollywood freak friends as possible with you.
Dystopian? News of the last several years from Mexico sounds literally dystopian. Spain sounds wonderful except for the Muslims sweeping Europe...
Buh bye! I’ll bet the hag and her family continue to vote their hell upon us though.....
Well.....Adios!
Talk about past her prime. Not many sexy grandma roles for her.
Would we have noticed if the press didn’t report it? Tree falls in woods thing...
To be fair, she’s not famous for being smart.
Glad to see she’s doing her part to Make America Great Again...
let’s just make sure to invalidate those passports while they’re out of the country.
That’s fine. She already hit the wall and forced her way through it. No loss.
I never heard of her. I looked at a picture and I still don’t know her.
That’s interesting. She along with Richard Gere actually did what they said they would do. Now I’m just curious if either one are on the P Diddy party list?
“ and no longer wants to live in Los Angeles, alleging the city has been ‘changing’.”
North Dakota is very different than LA.
She could check that out
I was in Spain earlier this year.
I estimated it was about 4% Muslim judging by the headwear.
The Spanish look to be of very heterogenous origins.
I found the Spanish to be very pleasant. However, parts of many cities were mobbed with tourists.
Italy too.
There are several provinces in the southern half of Italy that you can get a tax break IF you declare residency. Meaning that you live there for over six months/year. They will let you have a 7% income tax rate for 10 years.
This is to attract retirees from the UK, US, CAN, Australia.
They want people to come there buy or rent a house and live in a lot of these smaller villages where there are thousands of empty houses/apartments. I believe the other catch is it has to be a town of under 20K population.
Italy has the same demographic problem that South Korea, Japan, China, Spain and even the USA has. They do not have enough young people to support the economy. They have not been having enough babies for the last fifty years. Their population is sinking.
The other major issue in Italy is that the better paying jobs are mostly in the northern half of the country. So a lot of the young people move north or out of Italy to get a better paying job. Plus their income taxes are around 50%. It is a socialistic country. So, a lot of these hilltop villages around the country have been abandoned.
This does not mean you are going to move to Capri and buy a cheap house and live. The tourist places are still expensive. Same story in Rome or Florence. They have AIRB&B there too. Tuscany is still more expensive than most places.
However, Calabria, Sicily, Abruzzo, even Sardina have properties even close to the water that are much cheaper than buying a retirement home in FL, SC, AZ, NC and most other US locations now.
