Sugar is Poison. Carbs make you fat.
Reduce both as much as you can.

Be ray-cyst with your food. Limit white sugar, white flour, white bread, white rice, white potatoes etc.

Eat all the Meat you want. You won’t ever get fat eating meat. All the leafy greens you want too.

No Seed Oils!!!

Basically my diet, I have lost 50 lbs eating like this in a year. When I feel snacky, I munch on pork rinds, almonds or celery. 234 to 184....

While hunting, I ate

3 egg breakfasts with coffee

Cheese, nuts, apples, whole wheat crackers for lunch

1 pound steaks for dinner with 3 beers and spinach

Lost 7 pounds in 12 days.
