San Fran. Official: There Will Be ‘Resistance’ to Mass Deportations, Like We Had from Courts
Breitbart ^ | 01Nov | Hanchett

Posted on 11/01/2024 8:40:58 AM PDT by qaz123

On Thursday’s broadcast of WBUR’s “Here and Now,” Managing Director of the Immigration Defense Unit at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office Francisco Ugarte stated that if 2024 Republican presidential candidate former President Donald Trump is elected the “idea that Trump could just simply get away with engaging in mass deportation without any semblance of a resistance is really kind of far-fetched.” And cited California’s Supreme Court saying that ICE agents shouldn’t be in courthouses because that deters people from going to court as an example of this.

Yes, which is their choice. Many, probably most, cafe for free money. Doubt most care about citizenship right now. Maybe down the road if they become successful. Democrats care about citizenship.

You make a point, for sure.

But, I think there’s a simple, but potentially “painful” way to deal with them. And Pres Trump isn’t afraid to go into enemy territory.

Watch some of the videos of folks from Chicago at their city council meetings. They ain’t happy.

Let Pres Trump go to one of his “town halls”, invite those folks and give them the numbers. Where their tax money is going, how it’s being spent. Who’s making all the money. Who’s getting all the jobs and why. All the waste, fraud and abuse.

He’d make those people madder than they are now. They’d force their “reps” to do the right thing or they’d be gone.

And, of course, lay all that same info out to the country and when budget time comes with the CRs and Omnibus, be ready to shut the government down because the libs won’t do what right by their constituents.

Let’s freeze “all” immigration, legal as well , until the courts figure out how we can deport criminal aliens. No deportation, no immigration. And, actually defend border to prevent new illegal crossings. Use military if necessary. And , provide crippling fines and jail time to any company with illegal alien workers. And deny any taxpayer funded benefits to anyone here illegally. A lot would self deport.

California’s Supreme Court saying that ICE agents shouldn’t be in courthouses because that deters people from going to court as an example of this.

That's fine ICE will just pick them up at the county jail and remove them from the country. That really will deter them from going to court even better.

When that kid is born in an American hospital, bill paid for by us, they’re here for good on our dime.

There’s a Mexican woman, a mayor or something near Southern California. She traveled to SoCal and had her baby in a California hospital. Got the SSN for the kid and then went back to Mexico. When that kid is 18, it’s entitle to free college and whatever else can be provided. She absolutely gamed the system.

China had “birthing hotels” in California and NJ. Filled them up with pregnant Chinese women to pop US citizens again and again.

‘You just CAN’T take our slaves!!!’

If you love your maid/roofer/landscaper, you can keep your maid/roofer/landscaper, as long as the monthly deportation hold fee is paid by you, and/or your maid/roofer/landscaper.

A monthly fee of $400 is about 23 hours of $20/hour work or about 31 hours of $15/hour work after FICA and Medicare taxation is paid. There are about 172 hours of 40 hours of work a week in a month.

Invaders should not get federal tax credits.

Of course there will be resistance. I’m sure any plans account for this.

The hangup is going to be the need to defy the courts because they will invent "rights" that do not exist or make reference to UN documents while issuing injunctions to stop deportations.

Other Presidents have had to deal with this, it's not a new problem. Saying "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it", or "the Constitution is not a suicide pact", or recognizing that all three branches have a co-equal right to interpret the Constitution - all these are part of our history, and Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, and FDR are all generally well-regarded by historians.

But if Trump attempts involuntary deportation of people who, under our law have no right to be here, the question is, after he is impeached in the House for defying court orders, are there 34 Senators who will keep him in office? Will the military obey his orders?

Mass deportation will be opposed by every single element of our Constitutional system. Is Trump at age 78 a general who will cross the Rubicon and solve this problem, even if it upsets all you Constitution lovers? Does he have a political and legal team that will make the case that his inherent authority gives him all the powers he needs to do this?

I mean, I know he does. But this is what virtually all Americans and a lot of people here have been taught to call "fascism". Every time you hear that word, make sure you have one of Woodrow Wilson's dimes in your pocket for good luck:

In other words, he rejects democracy: “We will have mass migration no matter how the people vote!”

Liberals, no matter what their business cards say, are incapable of making an legit argument.

Don’t let the ICE agents in the courthouses. No issue. Let them know that after their hearing, they have no place to live, no money to buy food or pay the electric bill. But if they can go to certain addresses, there will be copious amounts of liberals that are willing to take them and take care of them. Judges live in some of those locations.

Protecting illegals from deportation is factually abetting a federal felony. Arrest and prosecute all such activists.

Correct.

Stop all the welfare, medical services, housing, education and other bennies to illegals and watch them voluntarily leave.

It’s called self deportation. It worked in Arizona when SB 1070 was passed. It’ll work on a nationwide basis.

Until some black robed thug overturns this law like what happened in Arizona.

“Hate to be a downer but I believe the illegals are here to stay.”

Indeed, they are.

What is more important than deportation is capping residential real property and middle-class income taxation.

The national debt can be dealt with by Value Added Taxation of about 6% paid by corporations.

The federal corporate tax rate might be the national debt/$1 trillion less 10 percent.

If the federal debt is $37 trillion, the federal corporate tax rate would be 27%.

You make a point.

I just think it can all be handled with the term “deportation”. Systematically cut the funding. Start off “slowly” and then continue at an increasing pace. Not paying for you anymore, we’ll help with a ride home.

Pin all the costs onto Soros, et al. They’re not paying those bills when they know they can force the taxpayers with help from Congress.

Be willing to fight, in PUBLIC - on tv - live, so everyone can see Congress fight him over funding. Let the “Republican” argue with the President over keeping the funding, while 70-80% of their constituents would love to see a trail of tears back to Mexico.

Especially when those same constituents see the bills they’re paying

Obviously, the “jobs Americans won’t do” topic comes up. I say, acknowledge it with certain criteria. Work permits. Taxes. Employer paid insurance - no dropping the guy at the ER. No subsidized housing. Enrolled in Entry/Exit program. Arrest=goodbye. A program like could work but it probably won’t be worth the money and oversight if you’re an employer. Right now, if you went to a tree farm in Georgia and imposed those rules, most of them would have 0 workers.

Arrest and prosecute all such activists.

Stop pointing out the laws and asking folks to follow them. You’re getting a little crazy there.

/SARC!!!!!!

So many have been given an insane amount of unaccountability for their actions and statements.
