Here we go...
Amen to that...
He learned it as a child, from his GRANDMOTHER. I think we're just going to have to tolerate it.

Rogan standing on “life at conception” as a purely religious concept. Your body is encoded with your DNA in every cell. If it’s not your DNA, then it’s not your body. Science!
Check reports on Rdforums.com. Additionally, Stalker Radar is testing some units here in DFW.
Maybe I’m just too old, but I don’t know what anyone sees in Joe Rogan as an interviewer or anything else for that matter.
“JD Vance full on potty mouth “
There’s “potty mouth” swearing, and there’s blasphemy swearing. The only one that bothers me is blasphemy, i.e., taking the Lord’s name in vain. The other stuff is just words.
I don’t used them much because they’re not good in polite society, and it reflects badly on you. But morally and ethically ... meh.
Our pastor did a sermon on abortion. He said the question isn’t when life begins - ALL science agrees that life begins at conception. The moral/religious question is when does it have a soul.
Christianity is the only one that says it is a person with a soul at conception. IIRC even Judaism has the soul at 45 days or something (or perhaps it is just certain Jewish sects). The muslims have various times (45 to 100? days) depending on which sect/teacher they listen to. Hindu, Buddhist, etc. all have later times for the spirit to arrive.
The more I listen to JD Vance the more I am impressed with him.
Think he is a great pick for VP.
Well done!
Very well put!
But... Is it ok to kill a soul in the making?
7.3 million views in 19 hours. Came right up on YouTube for me (but I’ve been logged in continuously for over a day, and YT “knows” I’ve gone back to the Trump interview several times.)
This is well below the view rate of Trump’s interview, but, this is still quite good.
This will attract more undecideds than Trump’s interview, I think, even tho’ Trump’s interview was fantastic. The reason I say that is that when Rogan would bring up an idea or piece of info. or question JD didn’t know about, JD did not try to BS his way past it. (Not that Trump was bad about that, but it happened several times with Vance.) Vance seems to be very receptive to new information. Rogan was too. JD really had him dropping his jaw on a couple things when Rogan’s assistant was able to bring up confirmation...
There’s a lot to that: I worked installing and maintaining audio equipment in bars, nightclubs, etc., for many years, and that stuff (cursing) creeps in...
Still, I worked in professional settings for many years after that, many meetings and such, and I don’t think more than one “damn” or “crap” ever slipped out. Talking @ church and such? Never, though I’ve had to choke off a couple.
Whack my shin on the trailer hitch I forgot was still on our Tahoe and put a good gash and bruise on my leg? Well, yeah, I can turn the air blue with the “best” of ‘em.
The Rogan Show is supposed to be a quite relaxed, conversational setting, so I sort of understand the occasional bad word. OTOH, this appearance is also a job interview in front of many millions of voters - you want to put your absolute best foot forward.
In this particular instance (52:07) “f******” conversation doesn’t convey anything more than if JD had said “freaking”, except a lack of self control.
I can better understand President Trump at the Green Bay rally relating his thought of “oh shit!” in describing his reaction when he saw the height of the step into the garbage truck. There, he is just honestly conveying the intensity of his apprehension, and I’m ok with that honesty. In the retelling, “Oh shoot” would be, for lack of a better way to put it, less honest.
in any event, on a 100 point scale to “grade” JD’s interview, the language here is only a couple tenths of a point deduction, IMO, and that’s mostly because the foul language distracts AWAY from the point of his joke.
For the most part, JD did very well. He is very “personable” in a very unforced way.
I’m convinced Vance is years 5 through 8 and onto 12.
He is the embodiment of the future
Trump’s VP candidate wants to go “hang out” with Hunter Biden, and the GOP got the Hunter Biden issue wrong, because “that dude knows how to have a good time”?
And sorry, but I want to smack JD every time he ends a statement with “man”.
Perhaps the worst part of the interview.
I’m at the Wuhan part now, and JD is all in on the Covid virus fiction.
Great interview! Just finished watching it (in small chunks).
Only a few disappointments. Here’s one:
At 2:02:58, Vance missed an opportunity. They were laughing about Harris’s circular talking.
But, then, Rogan mentioned her comments on “generational wealth.”
ROGAN: “...the opportunity to generate wealth and generational wealth. Like, wait a minute, do you know how few people generate generational wealth? That means you have so much money, you’re going to give it to other generations?”
VANCE laughed.
Vance should’ve said GENERATIONAL WEALTH can be a paid-off house you hand down to your kids, but Biden/Harris policies have hurt the housing market. Now, in the Biden/Harris economy, you can’t afford a house.
GENERATIONAL WEALTH is about the American dream. It should be a Republican issue. Instead, Republicans have allowed the Dems to pretend it’s their issue.
Other conservatives talk about it. Here’s what Dave Ramsey says about generational wealth: https://www.ramseysolutions.com/retirement/generational-wealth
For quite some time, the ability of middle class people to leave their kids a significant inheritance, by middle class standards, was absolutely typical. For many, now, that has evaporated.
