Those little red peppers in General’s Chicken that make it soooo good! A long time ago I started putting them in my spaghetti sauces.

Hey, I used it for the FIRST TIME today to marinate pork ribs I will be air frying tomorrow to make Char Siu ribs. I took a little taste of the five spice powder and it has a complex taste of many different flavors. Tomorrow I will see how it works out with the ribs.
I love the red chili and chocolate bars they sell at Aldi’s.
I used the make the best French toast in the entire WORLD with Wegman’s jalapeno cheese bread.
Unfortunately we don’t live near a Wegman’s anymore.

Sweet and spicy is a very old combination of flavors and has been around in the US for quite a while.
we just called it sweet heat...
