CNN — Two Georgia mothers, Amber Thurman and Candi Miller, died in 2022 because of a lack of care most likely tied to the state’s abortion ban, the nonprofit news outlet ProPublica reported this week. Both experienced complications after taking abortion medications, the reporting said — complications, doctors emphasized, that are exceedingly rare and entirely treatable.

They cause at least 1 fatality.
They are safe and effective. We have heard that before.
The Georgia abortion law had nothing to do with it. It was lack of follow up care by the Dr that prescribed the abortion medication.
Why don’t they give some statistics to back up their claim of how rare complications are compared to complications for childbirth? Because the statistics on how many women go to the ER with serious complications after medical abortions would prove they are lying about it, just as they are lying about FL, TX, and ID laws being problems. The truth is that pro-abort “doctors” are willing to sacrifice women so that false blame can be put on laws that never applied to those situations.
