Because wearing gloves is not good enough? I think you may have dug up another funding scam Badger. I see a business opportunity. Become a third party service to search the world for any small justification to apply for funding and charge a finder’s fee. Could probably find hidden nuggets they haven’t thought of yet. Just subcontract to these organizations and fast track these funding scams for them.
