(Aug. 16, 2024) — On or about August 4, 2024, Zach DeGregorio, host of the program, “Wolves and Finance,” uploaded a video to his YouTube channel titled, “Who is Kamala Harris?” which, among other things, questioned whether Harris is a “natural born Citizen” as required by the U.S. Constitution for the president and commander-in-chief.
Harris became the presumptive 2024 Democrat presidential nominee almost immediately after Joe Biden on July 21 withdrew from the race and endorsed her. To that point, according to NBC News, Harris was the least popular person to hold the office since its polling began. On Wednesday, YouTube informed DeGregorio it removed his video on the grounds it allegedly distributed “misinformation” for questioning Harris’s eligibility. YouTube additionally placed a “warning” on his channel, DeGregorio told us in an email Wednesday, and informed him that another violation over the next 90 days would generate a “strike.” ... . . .

Without our Constitution and its enforcement we will no longer have a country. One must enforce the true original intent, meaning, understanding and purpose of the term “natural born Citizen” of the United States found only in the presidential eligibility clause of the U.S. Constitution. It is a national security protection term. It’s purpose was to insure the person who would be Commander in Chief of our military forces once the founding generation was gone would have to be born with sole allegiance to the USA; not a dual-Citizen at birth like Kamala Harris who inherited Jamaican citizenship at birth from her Jamaican national Marxist father sojourning in the USA temporarily on a student VISA.

The child would be a citizen, though not a natural born citizen. A natural born citizen doesn't need a grant of citizenship through a law. An anchor baby does.

Simply by practice.
The federal, state and local governments treat anchor babies as citizens. No one stopped this practice, so now it's accepted law.
Sometimes practice evolves into custom, and custom into law. Simply because no one put a stop to it.
Do some homework.
First, being born ‘of the soil’ does not grant citizenship in the US. Only Canada does that.
Citizenship comes thru the parents.
At birth, Kamala parents had not renounced the citizenship of their home countries. As such, she was Indian and Jamaican and potentially American, at birth.
Having more than one choice disqualifies her as a natural born citizen.
Problem is, there already exists law against anchor babies.
Ignoring the law doesn’t nullify it... it just reduces the integrity of your country and it’s ability to be a nation of laws

And through that Consitutional power, Congress enacted USC 8 (ALIENS AND NATIONALITY) which includes CHAPTER 12—IMMIGRATION AND NATIONALITY.
That law, that Chapter and specifically Section 1401 of that Chapter, grants citizenship to chidren born of aliens who are born in the US. Once that birth certificate is done it's a done deal. Anchor baby!

U.S. laws governing the acquisition of citizenship at birth embody two legal principles...
They're citizens with the same rights as natural born except for the right, and honor, to run for POTUS though their children may one day.
