The scientific study seems to prop up The Narrative.
So I figure it’s BS.
They got their .gov grants so everything is good.
“Follow the greed!”
The push to get Americans off of a healthy diet and force us to eat stupidly never ends.
I felt better after adding cold beer to my diet πΊ
So, you gotta have a twin for this to work? π€
“The non-vegan diet included 170-225 grams of meat, one egg, and one-and-a-half servings of dairy each day.”
I’m no vegan and I don’t eat most of that now, so.....π€·
π.............That let’s me out............
Zey vould be even healthier if zey had ze bugs eaten. Eat ze bugs! - “Doktor” Klaus Schwab
Don’t eat junk food all the time and get up and move around a little.
They just proved bugs, aka carnivore diet, are bad for us, LOLOLOLOLOL!

From the article: “This particular study was also partly financed by Beyond Meat, a company producing plant-based alternatives to meat, as well as the Vogt Foundation, which invests in projects to protect animals and promote plant-based products.”

Prediction: The next study will prove how a bug diet cures cancer, helps you lose weight, and reverses male baldness.
Murders would drop if everyone got laid.
225garms - almost 1/2 pound of meat a day (yeah, I’m not a Euroweenie)
Plus an egg and a lot of dairy.
I’m lucky to eat that much meat in a week. Have you looked at the cost of Chow lately?
total BS
I have NEVER known a SINGLE vegan over 100 EVER
My wife’s cousin is a vegan, early 40’s, has been so since early teen years.
She is sweet & kind, very lovely, but looks like she just walked out of Auschwitz. Very thin, sullen face, boney chest, curveless. Single and still lives with Mom. Doesn’t go out much. Low energy to the point of being a full-time part time employee for the last decade. Hate to point her out, because she is so nice, but damn...not the kind of girl that wakes up “the man” in someone.
they are only proving the singular truth that has existed since the beginning of man...to lose weight, feel better, you need to burn more calories than you consume (or even).
I started fasting years ago and eat one balanced meal a day. That along with exercise changed my life forever.
It’s easy to dismiss stuff when the body is relatively young and healthy. But the body will give a “report card” in later life. What will be on that card will depend on how you treated it over the years - which will include but not limited to what you smoked, drank, ate, IV’ed, ingested in some form or exposed it to.. and your general lifestyle over the years. Actions do have consequences.
