Plausible deniability?
American Thinker ^ | 28 Jul, 2024 | Mike McDaniel

Posted on 07/28/2024 5:17:13 AM PDT by MtnClimber

On July 18, in Trump attempt: why didn’t they shoot?, I suggested the government, in its Secret Service (SS) pseudo-protection of Donald Trump, was creating security vulnerabilities with plausible deniability. Were those vulnerabilities due to Trump Derangement Syndrome? Were those creating them doing it purposely with the hope someone would exploit them and kill Trump? Were they simply practicing contemporary Democract/socialist/communist (D/s/c) politics, playing hardball, and doing all they could to harass and hamper Trump without necessarily hoping he’d be killed? Or was the 20-year-old a doomed patsy, manipulated from the beginning, part of an assassination plot that would allow plausible deniability? Cops hate to be called incompetent and will do virtually anything to avoid it—unless the alternative is worse. Was someone willing to allow the SS to look like total idiots to rid themselves of Trump?

Because the FBI is saying virtually nothing, other than to contradict itself, conspiracy theories abound. Much of what seems credibly known comes from whistleblowers. We’re in the bizarre position of being unable to tell the difference between all but unbelievable incompetence and a malicious assassination plot.

This seems to be the current state of knowledge:

*Local LE was supposedly assigned to secure the roof and single-story building from where the assassin fired, but either didn’t show up or left because it was too hot, leaving the building unsecured.

*There were supposedly 2-3 local LE, perhaps snipers (and spotters?), in the second story of an attached two-story building with a clear view of the lower building and rooftop and the open lane to the stage, but all left for various reasons, including looking for the assassin who was, at various times over as long as an hour, spotted with a rangefinder, backpack and perhaps a ladder.

Someone said all the mistakes were the ‘weaponized incompetence’ that give them plausible deniability. It’s a cover up for some government agency. Which one, we’ll never know.

” I don’t accept the “incompetence” or “opening vulnerabilities” or “plausible deniability”. It was a government hit. And I don’t think Crooks fired the bullet that hit Trump.”

I agree. I believe that there were four shooters. The government hitman fired the first three shots, the first of which hit the President in the right ear. The second two, I don’t know. There were five quick shots thereafter which correspond to the five shell casings found on the roof next to the patsy with the blown brain casing, and the final two were from a local sniper team and the SS sniper. I suspect that the local sniper put down the patsy, but gave credit to the SS Sniper for political purposes.

I agree that Mayorkas’ slimy paws are all over this.

And there was s roomful of LEOs overlooking that part of the pitched roof before the shooter climbed up there. Why did they leave?

Garland, Wray, and Mayorkas are now too late to their own party. Concerned citizens have already investigated the shooting crime, tried and found them and their henchmen guilty in the courtroom of public opinion. It is now way too late to lie, back peddle, and obfuscate. We have seen and heard enough. Our so called government is guilty of perpetrating a coup to assassinate a former president of the United States who is also the lead candidate for the next term as president. Great job you clowns, by your dastardly acts you have thrust America into the status of a third world dictatorship.

He had a red-dot optic. And deer hunters have been shooting with Winchester 94s with open dights for a century, with success. The 5.56 is a flat shooter. Just get the windage close, get off a clean shot, and physics takes over.

It's just not true that Crooks assiduously stayed behind the ridge prior to the shooting (see below).

If a previously-roof-positioned LE was stationed on that roof "before getting too hot," wouldn't the counter-snipers have notice that the earlier one was wearing standard LE gear while Crooks wore cargo shorts and a T-shirt?

Did the guy who got too hot to want to keep his job also have long, flowing brown hair?

Surely an AR-15 without a big scope and expensive range finder is not a standard counter-sniper weapon! (The counter-snipers on the buildings behind where PDJT would speak would have been able to see such weapon characteristics.)

I also wonder whether that apparently-transparent jug that we see in the lower picture (near Crooks or closer to the phone camera?) was brought by Crooks and where it might have gone subsequently. I've not heard anyone talk about it.

“5. To hit a target at 150 yards with an iron sight takes an advanced trained shooter.”

I have trained hundreds of people to shoot. Many were/are naturals. One of my offspring was hitting targets at 200 yards 10 minutes after I handed her her first AR at age 10. It had standard military peep sights. Advanced shooter to shoot Trump - no. What he did suffer from was reacquiring the target.

It's like the donation graphic above:

April 19th, 1775 July 13th, 2024: The Shot Heard Around the World

It's as if the regime wanted President Trump's mind blown out live on TV. But then as it turned out:

🤯
1F92F
SHOCKED FACE WITH EXPLODING HEAD
Other Symbol

Exploding Head

A yellow face with an open mouth, the top of its head exploding in the shape of a brain-like mushroom cloud. A visual form of the expression mind blown, it may represent such emotions as shock, awe, amazement, and disbelief.

Apple’s design features the same expression as its 😦 Frowning Face With Open Mouth.

Exploding Head was approved as part of Unicode 10.0 in 2017 under the name "Shocked Face with Exploding Head" and added to Emoji 5.0 in 2017.

https://emojipedia.org/exploding-head

If it weren't already an emoji, who would ever believe it?

It all turned to the contrary for anyone plotting and/or wishing grave harm to President Trump and America. It was a textbook example of "venahafoch hu".

The term checkmate is, according to the Barnhart Etymological Dictionary, an alteration of the Persian phrase "shāh māt" (شاه مات) which means "the King is helpless".[7] Persian "māt" applies to the king but in Sanskrit "māta", also pronounced "māt", applied to his kingdom "traversed, measured across, and meted out" thoroughly by his opponent; "māta" is the past participle of "mā" verbal root.[8]

Others maintain that it means "the King is dead", as chess reached Europe via the Arab world, and Arabic māta (مَاتَ) means "died" or "is dead".[9][10] Moghadam traced the etymology of the word mate. It comes from a Persian verb mandan (ماندن), meaning "to remain", which is cognate with the Latin word maneō and the Greek menō (μένω, which means "I remain"). It means "remained" in the sense of "abandoned" and the formal translation is "surprised", in the military sense of "ambushed".[11]

"Shāh" (شاه) is the Persian word for the monarch. Players would announce "Shāh" when the king was in check. "Māt" (مات) is a Persian adjective for "at a loss", "helpless", or "defeated". So the king is in mate when he is ambushed, at a loss, helpless, defeated, or abandoned to his fate.[12]

In modern Persian, the word mate depicts a person who is frozen, open-mouthed, staring, confused and unresponsive. The words "stupefied" or "stunned" bear close correlation. So a possible alternative would be to interpret mate as "unable to respond".

A king being in mate (shah-mat) then means a king is unable to respond, which would correspond to there being no response that a player's king can make to the opponent's final move. This interpretation is much closer to the original intent of the game being not to kill a king but to leave him with no viable response other than surrender, which better matches the origin story detailed in the Shahnameh.

In modern parlance, the term checkmate is a metaphor for an irrefutable and strategic victory.[13]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Checkmate#Etymology

***

It's all a very "Trumpy", mind-blowing strategic victory.

The Charlestown peninsula lacked a source of fresh water, while the Shawmut peninsula had an "excellent spring" on the north side of what is now Beacon Hill.[3]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shawmut_Peninsula#English_settlement

July 13th, 2024: The Shot Heard Around the World

Now to compare to the place name where the Revolution got started, in 1775... "Shawmut" Penninsula. Shawmut is an "old Indian word" (Abanaki) indicating a neck...

President Trump's life was spared in the moment he turned his neck to turn aside to C. Then as it turns out, there's this word:

***

shaw-mut:

שָׁמוּט adj. PBH 1 long and thin (said of neck). MH 2 turned aside. NH 3 dislocated. NH 4 uncultivated. [Pass. part. of שָׁמַט. See שׁמט.]

shimmut:

שִׁמּוּט m.n. PBH 1 drawing out, unsheathing (a sword). NH 2 turning aside. NH 3 dislocation. NH 4 leaving the land uncultivated. NH 5 remission of debts. [Verbal n. of שִׁמֵּט, Pi. of שׁמט.]

It really pays off to take a look at those origins, but I don't think that happens a whole lot.

shaw-mat, to let drop, release -- same root as the Shmita year, the year of agricultural 'release'.

The shocking event and shocking (refreshing) outcome happened at the place of the Butler

Farm Show, Established 1948, just like the 'watchfire' entrance sign says:

"It began with a plow and grew into a family tradition"

***

Fire clay is the shaw-mot stone, "even shamot" [אבן שָׁמוֹט]:

Fire clay is a range of refractory clays used in the manufacture of ceramics, especially fire brick.

>>>

High-grade fire clays can withstand temperatures of 1,775 °C...

I’m not following your accounting for the number of casings found on the roof. Wray said that 8 casings were found on the roof. 5 from the patsy and the other 3 came from where?

I believe the video (and people in that video) of the 2nd floor room were from an earlier day on which the USSS was doing its pre-event familiarization.

It seems plausible to me that on the day of the event, there wouldn't be need for nearly as many USSS personnel. We do see that in the space below where Crooks was positioned (notice I didn't say "positioned himself"), there were within the hour post-shooting, a number of LE/USSC personnel in that space.

If the pasty theory isn’t valid, and they didn’t know beforehand that he would be there so they could make him a patsy...they’d have to have Trump-level luck on their side.
They only made the place unsecured and he just turned up out of the blue? Don’t think so.
I’m not comfortable with conspiracy theories, generally, but the alternatives are so implausible. :(

“I’m not comfortable with conspiracy theories...”

Why? Investigators, Intelligence officers use conspiracy theories to form narratives to help them develop a strategy.

Lawyers in criminal courts resort to conspiracy theory narratives everyday.

Are you more comfortable with the narratives of the CIA, the FBI, etc.

The term conspiracy theory was originated by the CIA as a pejorative to try to tamp down people using their reasoning to derive cause and effect.

According to the CIA and the FBI, you are supposed to wait on them to tell you what you think.

Steve Bannon has a sign that reads, “There are no conspiracies and no coincidences.” That is absurd; he is in prison because of a conspiracy.
