It doesn't have to. She is Vice-President Harris, maybe President Harris in coming days, she is she or her, and I don't see why anyone needs to identify her sex, race, or whatever further unless it is specifically in context. We don't refer to President Trump by his race or sex, so don't with Vice-President Harris.
We should be respectful. Sure, they'll still call us sexist and racist, but why feed them quotes?
And lastly, I think referring to her as "Ho" is inflammatory and should be stopped.
