Gotta save that dough for Ukraine......................
I heard Putin’s Offensive is finished , not much about Ukraine in the news
Well, they just spent $320 million on a floating pier in Gaza that didn’t last a week, never transferred any aid to Palestinians, and is now dismantled
So there’s closing in on a $ billion of waste on just 2 projects
How many homeless veterans could that have housed?...................
Cue the Harry Mancini tune, “Moon Rover...”
How long before they cancel Artemis?
By constrast, the Falcon 9 cost $400 million to develop. It had an upper stage failure the other day, first F9-related failure since 2015, and the FAA suspended all F9 flights. Meanwhile, the FAA doesn't seem to have any problem with ULA/Boeing's simmering overdue overpriced Starliner failureS. I wonder why?
How long before they cancel Artemis?
A few billion dollars to go on that one ,LOL
“We decided the money would be better spent on trying to get our astronauts off the space station.”
NASA is an organization in terminal decline to the point of uselessness. America needs to disband NASA, fire every one of its employees and then create a new agency and hire people from industry who have never worked for the government.
The Ukraine is dead. Long live Rump Ukraine!
The ice under the Lunar poles makes it perhaps the most important real estate in the Solar System. It not only has obvious benefits for anyone stationed there but it could provide fuel for getting into the rest of the Solar System . Having to bring everything up from Earth is too costly to continue. You might say it is the ultimate gas station.
You got to not spend money to save money. How about the 450 million blown out the nations backside?? Ice on the moon. I thought it had no atmosphere?
Add to that the new cave-like lava tube they just found...............
Ice in the shadows that never receive any sunlight..............
Can’t fire the incompetents, so they scrap the program to get rid of people.
The stopped missions and became a climate activism hub.
NASA sucks.
In terms of costs, NASA said it has so far spent about $450 million on the program. Discontinuing VIPER is expected to save the agency at least $84 million in development and additional operational costs.

NASA officials split the saved funds among themselves
