NASA is an organization in terminal decline to the point of uselessness. America needs to disband NASA, fire every one of its employees and then create a new agency and hire people from industry who have never worked for the government.
The stopped missions and became a climate activism hub.
NASA sucks.
I actually watched a CNN show (How It Really Happened) about the Columbia tragedy.
As a child I watched in awe as NASA put a man on a rocket, orbited the earth, sent TWO men up on the same rocket, built the Saturn 5 rocket and sent 3 men to orbit THE MOON before sending three more men to LAND on it!
Getting back to the CNN show; I was truly disgusted at the appointees that sacrificed brave astronauts that trusted them just so bureaucrats could meet a schedule and the CYA that took place afterward.
Look at NASA now - what have they accomplished in the last 50 years? Things are so bad that they have to depend on 60 year old soviet technology to get astronauts to and from their Skylab knockoff.
