I’m no security expert, but I have been on the receiving side of sniper fire.
Seems to me the first step of the advance team would be to scout out all the likely sniper perches.
A flat roof 150 yards in front of a podium would pretty much be the first place I’d check.
Normally, I don’t ascribe to malice that which can be explained by incompetence, but this is beyond the pale.
Very interested in his take... especially why the roof was not secured... and why they didn’t take out the shooter before the first shot...

After looking at all the videos posted and the witness statements about the Shooter on the roof.
I take the position that they didn’t take him out until AFTER he fired 8 shots because they WERE ORDERED TO LET HIM TRY.
Question: Did the building have an existing ladder? Or was one positioned in advance? It’s been reported that the shooter was seen going up the ladder before crawling across the roof. Was the ladder visible to the SS? Was he seen carrying the rifle or was it pre-positioned on the roof? I would think that the SS snipers with their telescopes would be able to see EVERYTHING going on in the area.
Yes, he did warn us. I HEARD him with my own ears. Several months ago, I turned on The Dan Bongino Show and he said they would try to take Trump out.

Saw a video with a red headed guy saying they were watching him climb up with a rifle. They were yelling at the cops and they ran around like they didn’t know what was going on. SS was standing on roof on the other building.
Then saw a video from someone while it was happening. Looks like the roof had a peak that kept him hidden. He crested it and fired off a shot and then a burst. The people started yelling “he is turning this way”. He was likely trying to turn back out of sight. I heard 1 shot almost like a 22 but I know it was not. It was from 130 yards from SS.
Shooter stayed outside of the area so not checked by security. But SS should have definately had that roof covered. And if cops would have listened they could have crawled up and stopped him. Took him a few minutes of army crawling to get to the peak.
Interesting but too early. Monday will be much better.

So did others here. Including myself - it was obviously one of the last options. Impeachment. Fraud. Lawfare. All failed. There’s really only one last option.
It was, clearly, allowed to happen. It’s no coincidence that the closest roof wasn’t covered AND used by a clueless Antifa goon. One or the other could happen but both has to be planned.
