I've been puzzled about this for a long time and a week or so ago I thought, "maybe they don't drug him to wake him up, they drug him to keep him asleep."

I'd like to know how others may think of this.

.... or I'll see this thread disappear in a short while)

You’d have that completely azz backwards as most folks would agree with. He’s useless without drugs so they amp him up to speak. Problem here is like giving coffee to a drunk, you have a wide awake drunk.

I’ve had some experience with dementia. Sometimes the patient is “on” and seems normal, even really sharp. It’s like a bad electrical connection. Sometimes the light works and sometimes it flickers and sometimes you can smack it all you want, and it won’t come on. Same thing.

There was a rumor that he had an incident on the plane, was hallucinating, and had to be given anti psychotics. Just twitter rumir.

Clearly some grave stuff is happening for Dems to be in such a panic

I’m going withe doppleganger theory or “undercover” masks that are technologically advanced, which have been showcased by a few experts on various streams.

Who was Joe Scarborough talking to on the telephone just the other day? Sounded like Biden but it was articulate unlike Biden.

That was easy and it could have even been AI. Joe Scarborough was absent from his Daily Show for several days and perhaps he was rehearsing with AI in collusion with the Democrat operatives in the White House.

Excessive daytime sleepiness is a common problem in Parkinson's, both as part of the disease and as an effect of the various medications used to treat it. Night time lack of sleep is a less frequent problem. In any event, medications can be used to deal with those issues.

I don’t think so but it might make an interesting movie plot.

lol

my goodness people! Has no one ever been around someone with Dementia before?

They have good days and bad days. As time goes on the bad days come more often, until it is only bad days.

They trot Biden out when he is having a good day, and cancel if he is not.

A fly in the ointment of this theory is that China Joe ONLY sounds moderately stable when he has a big teleprompter and
cue cards in front of him.

When he speaks impromptu, he is at his worst.

No, Biden has been exhibiting clear cut signs of dementia long long before he was even running for President.

They drug him up on various stimulants... and ergoloids etc when they need to make him perform like at the state of the union.

However, dementia is a progressive problem, it doesn’t get better only worse, and the effect of drugs (any drug) over a long period of time becomes less and less effective as the body builds up a tolerance/resistence to it.

So, the more they have to drug him to make him seem normal, makes the effectiveness of the drugs less and less, and his conditions continues to deteriorate further as well, so the overall effectiveness of the drugs gets less and less, even with higher and higher doses.

Eventually the dosing can get no higher without risking serious complications or death (stroke, heart attack, organ failure (depending on drugs being used etc).

I’ve had experience with a person who was in the early stages of vascular dementia. He was having a good day - seemed very sharp. We took him to see a basketball game which he enjoyed and on the car ride back to take him home, he made the comment, “I enjoyed that a lot, but why did the basketball hang in the air stationary so long before it finally came down?” That’s when we knew he was having hallucinations.

My point is that the deterioration is not smoothly gradated. It is up and down with the good moments slowly becoming less frequent.

Based on Joe Biden’s history of non-stop gaffes they would have had to be working this plan for several decades.
