It came to me that the only explanation for how Joe Biden can deliver scripted and teleprompted speeches so well is PERHAPS . . . (knowing that Democrats play the long game), they've been drugging him to keep him out of the way and then allow him to "sober up" in order to deliver a speech.
I'd like to know how others may think of this.

You’d have that completely azz backwards as most folks would agree with. He’s useless without drugs so they amp him up to speak. Problem here is like giving coffee to a drunk, you have a wide awake drunk.
I’ve had some experience with dementia. Sometimes the patient is “on” and seems normal, even really sharp. It’s like a bad electrical connection. Sometimes the light works and sometimes it flickers and sometimes you can smack it all you want, and it won’t come on. Same thing.

There was a rumor that he had an incident on the plane, was hallucinating, and had to be given anti psychotics. Just twitter rumir.

Who was Joe Scarborough talking to on the telephone just the other day? Sounded like Biden but it was articulate unlike Biden.
That was easy and it could have even been AI. Joe Scarborough was absent from his Daily Show for several days and perhaps he was rehearsing with AI in collusion with the Democrat operatives in the White House.
So our president is AI trained by WEF and the CIA.

I tend to doubt it, but I actually think knarf has come up with an excellent theory none-the-less.
It would be very clever if it was true, but it would also be a terrible thing to do. It would be purely criminal to keep him doped up all the time. It’s basically imprisonment.
One could at least justify or rationalize giving him performance enhancing meds to deal with certain taxing events. I would suggest it’s very common.

I, also, anad I agree with your observations. But the one thing not mentioned is that this illness, if it is parkinsons, does not get better, it spirals down. And it lasts a long time in it’s destruction. I say parkinsons because there has been specialists in this illness at the white house a few times over the last few months sent in by Kannard, Biden’s neurologist.

They have good days and bad days. As time goes on the bad days come more often, until it is only bad days.
They trot Biden out when he is having a good day, and cancel if he is not.
