I’ve had some experience with dementia. Sometimes the patient is “on” and seems normal, even really sharp. It’s like a bad electrical connection. Sometimes the light works and sometimes it flickers and sometimes you can smack it all you want, and it won’t come on. Same thing.

I, also, anad I agree with your observations. But the one thing not mentioned is that this illness, if it is parkinsons, does not get better, it spirals down. And it lasts a long time in it’s destruction. I say parkinsons because there has been specialists in this illness at the white house a few times over the last few months sent in by Kannard, Biden’s neurologist.
