Archaeologists have unearthed the ruins of a 5,000-year-old ceremonial temple and human skeletal remains beneath a sand dune in Peru.
The temple site, which is located in the Zaña (also spelled Saña) district of northwestern Peru, is part of the Los Paredones de la Otra Banda-Las Ánimas Archaeological Complex, according to a translated statement from the Peruvian Ministry of Culture.
After excavations began on June 3, the researchers discovered what was left of the walls of a multistory temple. Wedged between the walls were the skeletons of three adults.
The burials, which contain offerings wrapped in cloth, offer evidence that this could have been the site of a sacrificial ritual, Channel News Asia reported.
"We are probably looking at a 5,000-year-old religious complex that is in an archaeological space defined by walls built of mud," Luis Armando Muro Ynoñán, director of the Archaeological Project of Cultural Landscapes of Úcupe - Zaña Valley, said in the statement. "We have what would have been a central staircase from which one would ascend to a kind of stage in the central part."
The walls were decorated with intricate friezes depicting images of the human body with a bird's head, feline features and reptilian claws. The upper portions of the walls were coated in a "fine plaster with a pictorial design," according to the statement.

Thank God for the Conquistadors.
Heroes... like the allied armies liberating nazi death camps.
So ....who did they worship?
Hey Sunken... Remove me please, the list is a little too busy with too much stuff that just doesn’t interest.
Thanks in advance.
It’s not who they worshipped, it is whom they liberated from the clutches of satanic worship and human sacrifice.
.....nephilim most likely. ... , LA Marzulli has investigated these types of skulls and points out that foramen magnam at the back of the skull is found in the center of skulls that are human , not the back like these....... plus they contain two small holes in the back of the skull, perpendicular to the cranial suture present in the parietal plate of the skull. .....Normal human skulls are comprised of three major bone plates, the frontal plate, and the two parietal plates behind this, intersecting the frontal plate making a T shape..... The other factor is that there is only one parietal plate present in these skulls where the normal human one has two.......” https://www.news24.com/news24/skulls-found-claimed-to-be-that-of-the-nephilim-20140212 ....la marzulli has a youtube channel that goes into great depth about these types of skulls. true, some cranial deformation was practiced to emulate the appearance of the nephilim, but the human has 3 plates in these deformed human skulls where as the nephiliam has only 2 .....secular humanists refuse to acknowledge this difference..... there have also been inscriptions found on stelaes..declaring they are... "those who fled the robber joshua."... joshua cleared the holy lands of the nephilim and apparently they fled to the americas.... let the scoffing begin /-)
Doesn’t matter. They were not Conquistadors then
Great post! LA Marzulli has some incredible information on the Nephalim. I wonder if they will find Nephalim skulls at this temple location. I’ve got to get to Peru someday and see these places firsthand.
\/
i looked at the thread source article to see if there were pics of the skulls but didnt see any.
the local anthropologists get pretty touchy about the difference on the skulls from what ive read,, so that may be why these
secular “ scientists” didnt provide any pics for the article.
Well said.
And the crusaders.
</chuckle>
Will do! Thanks!
No scoffing from my corner. I watch all of LA’s YouTube videos.
Talked to him a bit at one of his meetings at a church.
