Eating too much meat is bad for you, bad for the environment, and fatal for the animals involved.

Let's play along as if this is all true. Don't care. If it somehow kills vegetarians in the process, then isn't it worth it?

Beef tastes better than vegetables, plus it’s just as healthy for you.
Animal based proteins are required for a healthy human, just like everything else though you have to set personal limits.
So go away Nancy.

Those are straight facts, indisputable and proven...

I stopped reading right there. Fatal to the animal I'm eating is the ONLY part of that they got right.

Carbs make you fat. Being fat is the worst thing for your health. Meat has no carbs. Meat is therefore the best thing for your health. My facts are better than the “indisputable facts” of this retarded screed.

Using the word “excuses” is such a classic left-wing “framing” technique.

Why would I need any “excuse” to eat meat?

I'm an omnivore, so it's natural for me to eat meat.

The massive Prime Ribeye’s I grilled Sunday were awesome!

If someone in the room is a vegan or a vegetarian, you’ll find out about it pretty damn quick. Why is that? My guess is they were an early adopter of first bumper sticker laden Subarus and later electric vehicles. They’re also probably 60% more likely to have their own “personal” pronouns. Likely those pronouns won’t match the appearance...at least not very well. I leave those people alone the same way I try not to interact with poisonous spiders.

That burger looks good.

I used to work for a vet who always said that beef cattle have mostly a very nice life...until that one last day.

If we didn’t eat them, most of our domesticated animals wouldn’t live in the first place.

The operative phrase is “too much”. I agree that “too much” is bad. Now let’s talk about what “too much” is.

fatal for the animals involved. Those are straight facts, indisputable and proven through years of study.

Of course this is disputable. The animals involved likely would not exist but for their meat utility. Nature did not come up with domesticated animals, mankind did. And what a life domesticated animals have, compared to their wild cousins - all the food they can eat, clean water, shelter - health care! - protection from predators. And in exchange for all that, after a while they give themselves to their providers, completing the circle. Seems pretty fair for a creature that can't read a contract.

One out of three is pretty good for a batting average. Kinda sucks anywhere else, though ...

WRONG!

I have never been healthier than when I went to an all fresh meat and veggie diet.

Even raised my own chickens (yes, the eggs really are that much better)

If all the “science” of propaganda that meat is bad for our health has caused a reduction in demand, why the increase in price? Is it because of all the artificial regulations on the meat producers have increased the cost of production? Has the bad image of meat generated by that propaganda allowed those artificial regulations? I think the answer is “YES” and they are applying the same technique to eliminate fossil fuels in transportation. Where does it STOP?
