...according to Chat GPT, the number one reason people frequently cycle mortgages is to launder money gotten from illegitimate places.

I’m sure you or I could have done that too. Ha ha, right?

...the number one reason people frequently cycle mortgages is to launder money gotten from illegitimate places.I had not thought of that. Take out money and pay it back with your filthy lucre obtained by selling out the USA to the Chicoms.
It shouldn't be too hard for Comer to find out where that $4.5 million they took out went. Gold-plated bath fixtures? A barn full of '67 restored Corvettes? 10,000 pairs of shoes for the PhD wife? Remodeled the kitchen every year for ten years?

If Trump wins the next attorney general will know that this nifty little trick by Jill & Joe is nothing more than an attempt to “legitimize” some of the millions that Hunter has passed on to daddy. (the big guy)

So Joe Biden has like 22 shell corporations, 200 some odd bank accounts, he refinances his house umpteen times (correct me if I am wrong, but it cost money to do so, no?); his son sells 'art' to mysterious buyers and gets put on the board of directors of generous foreign corporations that Joe interacts with. Joe has used numerous aliases in his emails and he gets fat $200,000 'loan repayment' checks from his brother without any apparent loan documentation.
Tell me again what they put Donald Trump on trial for....?

I am sure the Bidens were truthful in all those loan applications.
As we know, courts - in NY at least - don’t look favoriably on those who mis-state loan applications.

How does refinancing work as a money laundering scheme? I can see bribery if a lender is willing to lend more than FMV, but not getting the alleged angle.

"...Well according to Chat GPT, the number one reason people frequently cycle mortgages is to launder money gotten from illegitimate places...." Reminds me of Algore's father's cattle farm, and the cattle that got sold every election cycle ... but never went nowheres.
