It used to be I rarely remembered any advertising, but now I do just so I can be sure not to buy from them.
I knew a flight attendant who was WOKE as heck - she became a supervisor and was forced to ‘retire’ but had to train her replacement before she left. Her replacement was a minority who didn’t have a college degree, almost no flight experience but there was a box that needed to be checked so out with the old and in with the new darker version.

If a job involves working outside, dangerous in any way, manual labor, some skill, manual dexterity, strong back and sweat then a white male might get it. White males do not need to go to college. You need to get used to a job where you take a shower after work and not before work. White males are second class citizens.
I work for a major Wall Street Bank. It’s not only the hiring of POCs (Persons of Color), a favorite Corporate term, it’s the hiring of women as well. If you are a nonwhite woman, you are in the best shape, then non white men, white women and then white men. Being gay or transgender is a bonus to any of the above. Unfortunately, I’m a military veteran and while Corporate America preaches hiring vets and I am a “federally protected” category of worker, I’ve never once heard of during hiring discussions or in my own discussions with HR, any consideration given for Vet status.
The whole categorization and “diversification” of the workforce is non-sense but it is very real. The real shame is the obvious lack of qualification of many of the employees now being hired and which is painfully obvious when having to interact with them. It leads to less productivity and for competent workers to have to pick up the slack. Another segment of our society willingly committing suicide.
And when they have layoffs they terminate white men to be able to target their diversity quotas.
