It’s not just Disney that’s refusing to hire white people; they all are
American Thinker ^ | 24 Jun, 2024 | Andrea Widburg

Corporate America has pretty much turned its back on white employees.

Last week, James O’Keefe published an undercover video that saw a long-time Disney insider explain that Disney will no longer hire white men in its corporate offices. This week, James Woods published on X two graphics based upon data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showing that it’s not just Disney that is discriminating against whites. Instead, whites are being frozen out of the corporate labor market.

As of the 2020 Census, before Joe Biden’s frantic efforts to import millions of non-white people into America, self-identified whites made up 57.84% of the population. As was to be expected, whites also make up an average of 58% of all people with college degrees, ranging from associate’s degrees to doctorates.

Given white people’s representation in the overall population and their matching representation with academic credentialism, one would think that they’d appear in corporate hiring in the same ratio...that is, around 57-58% of corporate hires.

SNIP

The top graphic actually originated with a September 2023 article at Bloomberg, which provides more information about the data:

The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires companies with 100 or more employees to report their workforce demographics every year. Bloomberg obtained 2020 and 2021 data for 88 S&P 100 companies and calculated overall US job growth at those firms.

In total, they increased their US workforces by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year after the Black Lives Matter protests — and the most recent year for which this data exists.

The overall job growth included 20,524 White workers. The other 302,570 jobs — or 94% of the headcount increase — went to people of color. (Emphasis in original.)

Some people watch the world change.

Some people make it change.

And just like the post office or any municipal entity slowly but surly the people behind the counter turned black.

I have no TV's...just monitors.

The only channel(s) I watch (information/entertainment) is FreeRepublic and YouTube with ad-blocker.

“and the black chick is all of a sudden Einstein in nature.”

A few years back I had a black woman coworker. Devout Christian. Tall. Slender. Master’s degree in accounting. As nice a person as one could find. Very good at her job.

To date, she’s the only black woman I’ve met like that. Most have “Fani Willis Syndrome”.

In the late 70s I applied for a summer job with a government agency. I had a BS degree in the appropriate field. The guy told me he would keep my name in his wallet if I liked, but he was under orders to hire ANY minority or woman. To include someone 16 years old and in high school. But if no one applied, he would call me the Friday before work started and give me the job.

The job also included a lot of time in the desert, alone. I got the job and had a great summer. But...a 16 year old high school girl would have been hired over a male college grad with a degree in the field. He just couldn’t find any who would take the job.

True. As in all cases there are qualified people.

You are without a doubt a fool. We are talking about institutionalized racism and you act like this is normal. Go away, PLEEEEEZE!!!

Nah. 'deport' is right. Even the institutionalized racism we are experiencing is something that changed. In the 40's and 50's, the institutionalized racism was directed at blacks. The only change in institutionalized racism is that now it is directed at whites.

“ Even devoted Democratic voters do not want to get taxed out of their homes.”

That was the Democrat voter of 40 years ago.

Today’s Democrat voter owns nothing and likes it.

"I swear that 80% of the people pictured in advertising today are non-white. It’s like I’m a non-person."

I agree. Although, I have noticed that there are more Asians in commercials....even, Asian women with black men.

A huge thing that people overlook when they talk about past discriminations is that those discriminations came naturally from the long mists of time and human interaction and experience, right or wrong they were organic.

What is different about this modern discrimination is that it it is something gone into with eyes wide open, it is deliberate and self imposed by the whites onto whites, it is artificial, completely irrational, and destructive to any positive future for America , this came out of nowhere and is a repudiation of seeking a higher plain and attaining a new level of human awareness and interaction and the avoidance of engrained preconceptions, it is a reversal of advancement, and came from government and institutions and was suddenly and shockingly imposed against the people, it is not something that bubbled up from the people and found its way into the government and institutions that they created over history.

Come on. The racism now is against QUALIFIED or OVER QUALIFIED white men. It is disgusting and your comment is even more so. I don't think you have any kids, right? So you don't give shit. I have white male kids and nephees so I actaully care.

Same goes for news and weather babes. They used to hire attractive people because who in reality wants to watch an overweight homely person when it doesn’t need to be that way.

Bring back the attractive news nerds.

Come on. The racism now is against QUALIFIED or OVER QUALIFIED white men.

Can you state with certainty that qualified or overqualified blacks were not denied opportunity based solely on race?

Example: Blacks tend to be stronger and have more physical endurance, on average. Yet they were routinely denied jobs requiring these qualities.

Respectfully: Yours, sir, is a distinction without a difference.

It is disgusting and your comment is even more so.

My comment is opinion based on the facts as I see them. If that disgusts you, I submit you are somewhat intolerant of conservative opinions that differ from your conservative opinion. I'd ask that you refrain from attacking me when my conclusions are based on the facts as I see them. I could come back with a withering attack, but I recognize your conclusions are based on the facts as you see them. In my first paragraph, I feel I made cogent observations that fit with my conclusions, and I offered them in the spirit of attempting to get you to see my side. I suggest, respectfully, that you open your mind to my side.

I don't think you have any kids, right? So you don't give shit. I have white male kids and nephees so I actaully care.

What makes you think I don't care? That I don't have extended family that I love? I do and I care about them.

We are regressing and it isn’t only people who live on the high plains who are no longer seeking a higher plane.
