Corporate America has pretty much turned its back on white employees.
Last week, James O’Keefe published an undercover video that saw a long-time Disney insider explain that Disney will no longer hire white men in its corporate offices. This week, James Woods published on X two graphics based upon data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics showing that it’s not just Disney that is discriminating against whites. Instead, whites are being frozen out of the corporate labor market.
As of the 2020 Census, before Joe Biden’s frantic efforts to import millions of non-white people into America, self-identified whites made up 57.84% of the population. As was to be expected, whites also make up an average of 58% of all people with college degrees, ranging from associate’s degrees to doctorates.
Given white people’s representation in the overall population and their matching representation with academic credentialism, one would think that they’d appear in corporate hiring in the same ratio...that is, around 57-58% of corporate hires.

The top graphic actually originated with a September 2023 article at Bloomberg, which provides more information about the data:
The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requires companies with 100 or more employees to report their workforce demographics every year. Bloomberg obtained 2020 and 2021 data for 88 S&P 100 companies and calculated overall US job growth at those firms.
In total, they increased their US workforces by 323,094 people in 2021, the first year after the Black Lives Matter protests — and the most recent year for which this data exists.
The overall job growth included 20,524 White workers. The other 302,570 jobs — or 94% of the headcount increase — went to people of color. (Emphasis in original.)

Good for you!!!! Our company would sometimes use King Airs to take us to our planes if they weren’t on an airline route - usually at smaller airports. I am sure your employees sing your praises that they don’t have to go through the airport and airline ‘things’.

The link below is a literal picture of DIE. This is my local news channel. They do not hire white people anymore. Two of them are ghettopotamases and the new one looks like a crackhead. But when you’re trying to hire 100% from 13% you have to take what you can get I guess. Think about how many better qualified white males were rejected to hire these people.

A couple of weeks ago I jumped ship.
My UK owned company was bought by another larger euro company and I inherited an unreal non technical micro management system. This crowd had 0 concepts of how anything worked.
I’m in decent financial shape.
At least I picked up a commercial drone license recently. Trying to figure out how to get established. Ditto the SY 701, long overdue. A couple of others are on the short list. The accredited cybersecurity class is still on track.
Both euro crowds never wanted to reimburse or assist with anything but wanted to know what I learned. Another reason I bailed.
I kept the advanced knowledge in my head.

Time for my personal story.
Date, August 1976.
Place, personnel office of a fortune 500 company ( I wont say michigan bell, ameritec or at&t ).
In order to get a job with them, you had to take and pass a test. My father worked there since his 18th birthday, and was now an engineer. All I had to do was pass the test and I had a job, right???
Took the test, scored a 96 out of 100. I got a job, right???
I went to sit down in the personnel office, across the desk from a pretty blonde woman, ready to get my job, right???
Wrong.
This so called person would not even look me in the face!!!!
She looked down at her desk and said to me, and I quote:
“96 out of 100. Normally we would hire you on the spot. But, we have a problem. You see, you are both the wrong sex and the wrong color. If you were a black female, you would not have even had to take the test. I’m sorry, but we have nothing for you”.
Now, how many of you have experienced this, or know someone that has, black or white?
My guess is pretty close to zero.
These so called panty waisted moronic misfits have never experienced pure discrimination like my bleached white butt has!!!!

All race groups but Whites have government representation or lobbying groups. This will only get worse unless white organize.
Oh its not just not hiring whites, its actively firing whites to replace them with non whites... for no other reason that to have non whites.

Smaller companies will just have to ‘settle’ for the folks who can be hired based on merit and skill...
eventually our very complex systems will collapse because the people capable of understanding them have been replaced in the workforce ...
On it has not gone unnoticed that in these ads the white dude is always the stupid, bumbling idiot....and the black chick is all of a sudden Einstein in nature.
And you know how hrs are staffed.
TV ads the criminal, dummy or fat guy is always a white male.
