What campaign signs do you have in your yard and see in your neighborhood and around town?

I have a “Private Property No Trespassing” sign on my front gate 1200’ from the house. My neighbor put up his Permit sign for his AirB&B on my property outside my gate on the shared driveway. I’ll let that one slide as it comes down in a week and they are good people.

This is state statute. It doesn’t matter what the governing documents say.
Each state is different.
Also, HOAs only have the authority to enforce what is in the governing documents, unless state or federal statute supercedes. Typically, they are not empowered to enforce local municipal code; that comes under the jurisdiction of the City.
That is probably why they caved when pushed. They knew they didn’t have the underlying authority and would lose in court.
Do some research and see if that state statute is still being enforced because of the Supreme Court rulings.
I live in an uber blue NE state, but my area is solid red. The signs/flags I see are Trump, Gadsden, American, a few signs for local issues coming up for vote, and one of those hate has no home signs. One.
The Supreme Court ruled that local municipalities are prohibited from restricting yard signs.
Homeowners Associations are not municipalities. The covenants are allowed to be much stricter than any local code and are more aligned with contract law.
In this instance, the state legislature passed a law striking down any provisions in governing documents that prohibited certain types of signs and allowed their display for a specific window of time (Section 259 Political Code).
Our HOA linked their rules to local law, so when the law was nullified, that left the HOA with nothing. They rightfully gave up.

Same here. Neighbor up the street removed his “This House Believes” sign, no yard sign now. A few places still have George Floyd signs.
Had a county deputy show up a few weeks ago about somebody had complained about my flag being flown up-side down . Told him we’re a nation in destress . It’s been up-side down from the first day that biden went in , and will remain until TRUMP wins again .
I have seen no signs whatsoever (central NJ). My guess is, leftists/dems are almost embarrassed (if that’s even possible) and conservatives/MAGA don’t want to deal with any property damage or other leftist lunacy.
