There was a documentary about it and flying reindeer I remember seeing.
On a more serious note, the Book of Enoch tells of genetic experiments to create not just giants but also monsters and interspecial creatures which we are not able to replicate. These were done by fallen angels. Apparently the monsters were short lived and vicious. The giants on the other hand were quite successful. Og was a king, the last one mentioned in the Bible. Genetic tampering was the reason for the Flood of Noah as human bloodlines were being tampered with to prevent the Messiah.
Makes one wonder if that caused the Flood, will that trigger the Fire (Second Coming)?
I read the books by Ivan T. Sanderson decades ago. I have no interest in fake creatures.
How to find what creatures live in your area...Place a bait station where they can get to it. Run a loose barbed wire fence around it. Then come back and collect hair samples from the fence. No strange hairs have ever been found.

I just looked, they have Sasquatch Chronicles and Bigfoot Eyewitness Radio, for example. I found a lot of mystery stuff in Podcasts when I can’t sleep, but you’ll have to try them yourself.
If you don’t have Apple, try a Radio App for Podcasts.
In Texas, the Marfa Lights are what the coast-to-coast kids are looking at.
I believe they exist. Haven’t seen one but would really like to.
I had lunch with one sitting in an alien spacecraft.
Chewbacca from Star Wars.....inspired by Bigfoot?

I saw bigfoot sipping a pina colada at Trader Vics… and his hair was perfect.
But seriously, I find anything that shows like In Search Of… ever touched upon interesting and entertaining. I don’t “believe” in Bigfoot per se. But such stories are often based upon something that cannot be readily explained. So my thoughts run to what Bigfoot could be: a bear? A moose? An elk? A guy in a suit? A cagey hunter or hiker? Who knows?
At the time, the Florida panther was officially, adamantly extinct. The few sightings that were reported were dismissed as hoaxes or misidentifications. Within a couple of decades though, the Florida panther was officially declared to have survived.
I believe Sasquatch is real based on reported sightings and videos, footprints with dermal ridges and bone structure, and DNA analysis of hair and scat that come back as "unknown primate." Yet Sasquatch also seems to be something more than a simple flesh and blood creature.
The federal government may know that Sasquatch is real but suppresses their knowledge and discussion of the subject due to the potential to impinge on federal land use.
Personally, I think there’s something to the Bigfoot legend. Too many sightings and stories. Now, Dogman, that’s just crap. I mean, just how many cryptids can there be wandering around in the woods?
I have a friend who is a pastor’s wife, who claims she has seen a Bigfoot in Oklahoma. She’d die before she’d tell a lie, but she is extremely gullible, however, you’ll never convince her that she did not see it. She had someone with her, who backs up her clsim.

I kind wonder about one of our delivery guys at work, but I’m afraid to ask him.
He’s really big and hairy.
I was in Florida with two people in a National Wildlife Refuge.
It was during the day with lots of expensive Camera equipment. We got all kinds of good shots and we were carrying the equipment back to the car. We came to an opening with water behind it and all three of us saw three lemurs crossing. We looked at each other like, WTH!
That night, we did an Internet search and the Local News Station had interviewed people, including a Ranger that had seen Lemurs at this Fish and Wildlife Refuge.
The Ranger said they must be escaped animals that had come a distance.
In Florida and NC, I’ve heard what clearly sounds like Monkeys in the swamp.
Example: I looked into the sky at noon one day a few years ago and saw the weirdest “thing” I ever saw undulating through the sky. it seemed to have six appendages. My brain could not untangle what I was looking at. But…
No fauna were alarmed. It made no effort to dart into cover. Its movements were distinctly organic/livng. (It wasn’t a drone.) I had a good, long look at it and it finally banked its curving flight in a new direction—and towards me!
Then it resolved itself. The thing broke up into three turkey vultures. They had been flying in a tight line, heads down. My angle of view was right across their backs so it looked like one creature with no discernible head and six oddly-flapping wings.
Reflecting on it, I was reminded of paintings of angels with six wings that adorn places like the Hagia Sofia. And I wondered if some artist long ago had also seen such a thing, but that it may have disappeared behind trees or a building before the mystery could explain itself.
