They are people too they are managing this and have to maintain control of the crime scene they are organizing the dynamic situation. Do what they say and don’t do what they say not to do. It was dark in Louisville at 6 a.m. in early May only because Louisville is in the Eastern time zone. Parts of central Kentucky due south of Louisville are in the Central time zone where by 6 a.m. it is light outside. Of course when it is 6 a.m. there it is 7 a.m. in Louisville.
