Given what we know about what has been going on in Justice Juan Merchan’s Manhattan courtroom, including the preposterous, over-the-top bias of this judge for the prosecution and his overt antipathy for the defendant, Donald Trump, what explains his willing destruction of his own reputation as a judge?
Each and every legal scholar who has weighed in on the course of the trial, from Alan Dershowitz to Jonathan Turley and countless others, (with the exception of those paid by CNN and MSNBC) is gobsmacked by Merchan’s thoroughly unconstitutional rulings, gag orders, contempt charges, exclusion of practically every witness with relevant testimony for the defense, and his allowance of non-relevant witnesses like Stormy Daniels. He allowed her testimony, too, even though she knew nothing about the issue being tried, to spew her pornographic filth that could only come from the mouth of a porn star actress.
We’ve known for years now that our judicial system has been corrupted, transformed into an extension of the Democrat party by President Obama and Joe Biden, but Justice Merchan has taken their unscrupulousness to a wholly new and shocking level.
To start, he is a campaign donor to Joe Biden, which according to the New York Times, is literally against the law:
Political contributions of any kind are prohibited under state judicial ethics rules.
The Times reported that he got off with a "caution" for his contempt for the law and open willingness to break it.
Now the other conflicts of interest come out which raises this question: Could it be that Merchan has been bought off, paid enough money to sabotoge his own career...

What if no money is involved? What if Merchan got an “intelligence briefing” from the DHS at which they showed him the “intelligence” they have on him regarding dead girls or live boys? And suggested that it might remain between just them and him if Merchan steers the legal proceedings the correct way?
The Democrat Party Organized Crime Syndicate includes judges.
He is being paid. We just can’t legally access his financial records to find it.
And the organization that can punish him is the bar association, a private organization run by leftists....

The descriptions printed of his behavior in court yesterday, when Costello was on the stand, appear panicky, even by the low standards of all his previous behaviors. Could this be explained as fear of not getting the money or having to return it after having already destroyed his career future, or is there also a “stick” being wielded along with it? All speculation and today should be interesting as well.

Merchan thinks he will gain by being a Democrat stooge in this ‘show trial’. He might even by compromised by the Democrat lawfare folks. He likes the limelight and being identified as such. But what always happens is that he has alienated millions of folks, and unfortunately, there are some loonies in that group. If I were him, I would be really careful after this trial. Be sure to look both ways when crossing a street, or when buying groceries, or when going to church (if he even does that), etc. In fact, I would be really, really careful for the rest of my life.

Exactly my thought too, same technique the guv commies got to Johnson (who made a power sharing agreement with Jeffries) and ultimately selling out our nation as a whole and us as individuals. These crooks aren’t doing it to make the country more secure but insuring their kickbacks, grift, and payoffs keep coming.
Fair guess is the hard rat party (worse than the GOPe if one can believe that) is getting the cash straight from the judge’s daughter slush fund and all those ‘friends’ and lawyers.

Much like the CCP, the DCP knows how to compromise people and use them for its own end. We know the democrats spend a lot of time and money on opposition research, but they also investigate their own and find leverage to ensure they stay in line. That is the answer to why the democrats always stick together. Those members that follow the will of the DCP are rewarded, but those who stray away are destroyed.
