All.
on paper... I understand what you are saying
Tsk tsk... STILL playing games at 17?
“This time I’m on his side and agree with the lawsuit.”
I disagree. The parents in an attempt to protect their psycho son have gone completely “blame the victim”, including playing the race card and looking for compensatory damages for expenses from the school and for more “education”. The kid is a menace, and it is just a matter of time before he seriously injures or kills someone else.
Preferably in a supermax prison.
Nor do I.
If this animal is cognizant enough to go after money because he was “triggered”, he certainly knew what the hell he was doing and that it was inherently wrong to beat his teachers face in.
Good grief, I can’t agree with you on this one Morgana.
Last I read, it is not illegal to trigger anyone.
I’m triggered by all liberals. They make me want to vomit.
There has to be a lawsuit, there.
If “triggering one” by someone who isn’t a physical threat had been a standard for committing violence, I would have left a lot of broken and bleeding dem bodies in my wake over the decades...

The autistic boy was not fit to be left alone in public. He is defective to the point of requiring isolation
A 6’6” 270lb. black man who was known to be dangerously violent....maybe insane. Being handled and cared for by a frail women in her 50’s. Somebody did something wrong, that’s for sure..
I have the impression I read this story some time ago. Or did it happen again?
In California, the violent 6’6” student would receive a very large settlement, the staff reprimanded - and be put right back into a classroom, possibly a “regular” classroom, deemed “least restrictive environment.”
I was a public school teacher for 33 years - some of these psychotic, out of control kids are certainly mainstreamed.
The school system wants them mainstreamed b/c each special ed student costs the district approximately three times what a “regular” student costs - AND, there is a lot of litigation from special ed students and their families. I attended a number of IEP meetings with either a lawyer (pro bono, I’m sure) or an “advocate” in attendance to intimate school authorities.
My dear friend, a special ed teacher in a specific special ed school for “severely mentally disturbed/disabled” (SED) told me what he used to see in locked-up psychiatric wards (where he taught for a while, kids were basically in cages while he “taught”) - is now in his school, what was in his school is now mainstreamed in “regular” classrooms.
That assault deserves a long prison sentence.
The attacker made one major mistake - he did this in Florida.
He may get something he doesn’t want.
FTA: It describes Depa, who stands at 6’6” and nearly 270 pounds, as ‘a ticking time bomb’ whose needs, despite ‘concerns and warnings,’ were ‘completed disregarded’ by the district.

“completed disregarded” ? DEI attorney or DEI “journalist”?
Agree.
