A new study from a liberal law school claims that global warming, also known as “climate change,” has a greater impact on LGBT couples than on normal couples.
As reported by Fox News, the study from the UCLA School of Law claims that “same-sex couples are more likely to reside in communities with poorer infrastructure and less access to resources. They are, therefore, less prepared to respond and adapt to natural hazards and other climate disruptions.”
The report, authored by analyst Lindsay Mahowald and senior fellow Ari Shaw, goes on to claim that the solution to this “problem” is for the government to “ensure that disaster relief is accessible and administered without discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression.”
The authors included suggestions such as access to HIV treatment and financial support specifically for LGBT individuals and homes. Other suggestions included an expansion of the list of sexual preferences that are available on census reports, in order to “increase the scope and granularity of information available on LGBT people, including assessments of climate risk.”
“Policies that mitigate discriminatory housing practices and provide economic relief to LGBT people will bolster the resilience of these communities to climate events,” the report continued.
The report, released earlier this month, was written using data from the U.S. Census and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), ultimately producing a “geographic analysis” of LGBT couples and their proximity to natural disasters. The study found that the 15 counties with the highest percentages of LGBT couples were all located in either coastal or urban areas.
These claims, backed up by little evidence, come after the Biden Administration ramped up its global warming efforts on “Earth Day.” In a video message, Joe Biden announced the creation of the “American Climate Corps,” and pleaded for Americans to join. The White House also rolled out new regulations cutting off at least 13 million acres of federal land from any future oil drilling, as well as $7 billion in grants for solar projects at the state and local level.
The Biden Administration says that the goal of the Climate Corps is to help Americans “find work tackling the climate crisis while gaining the skills necessary for the clean energy and climate resilience workforce of the future.” The first class of the Climate Corps will begin in June of 2024.
Global warming? Did they actually mean eternal warming?
Global warming would be like preparatory school for Hell. We should charge them tuition.
“A new study from a liberal law school”
That says it all.
Global AIDs.
Great Idea, all that whining is disturbing the peace!
Becoming an alphabet person is just to dangerous, maybe we need to BAN alphabet people for their own safety...
I piss on all LGBT “couples” (and Biden) from considerable height.
(snort).
Well, see—now there’s a perfectly good reason not to be a pervert.
That’s a shame...
So gay people don’t breath the same as we do? They don’t feel the weather the same as we do? Good gravy, these folks just don’t understand science and nature, do they?
Also...just watch TV reality shows and you will see that there a lot of gay men with lots of money and they buy up houses and businesses and are living the high life! The climate people are just making this stuff up.
Taking ‘jumped the shark’ to whole new levels.
Seems like an attempt to direct funding to specific groups.
After the queer couple dies, there is no risk from climate change.
LGBT couples at greater risk from fictitional climate warming scam
My bil tells me the one redeeming quality these people, err, things have is that they are not pro-creating, so in essence they are a species that is becoming extinct.
They love their beachfront properties.
