A Planet Fitness member in North Carolina allegedly entered a ladies’ locker room at the gym and stripped down “completely naked,” claiming that he identified as a woman, according to police and 911 callers.
Christopher Miller, 38, was arrested on a charge of indecent exposure and booked into the Gaston County jail last Thursday, with his online inmate entry identifying him as a male.
His mugshot showed the suspect sporting a light-colored beard and mustache. M iller’s arrest on a felony charge came after an alarmed woman at the Gastonia Planet Fitness called 911 to report there was a naked man in the ladies’ locker room, reported WSOC-TV.

If a naked lady goes into a men’s area and said she identifies as a man, would she be reported and arrested?

Will planet fitness be hiring an attorney for the alleged female? Would there be an issue if some young lady that had a similar physique to Racquel Welch sauntered into the mens locker room naked claiming she was a man?
My FRiend Laz tried the same thing, problem was he experienced an erection, the women too a photo and said “He is lying!”
When the proprieters of the health clun saw the photo they clearly realized that even tholugh Laz said he self identified as a woman, his arousal as a man would gave the lie, he was aroused as a man would be.
So.......there needs to be a real test available in these situations to spearate the liars from the real ones.
The liars deserve 1 years free membership and a repremand. The tuthful need to be expelled from the club.

We had a rude awaking throughout the Fauci Flu debacle as to what has happened to far too many American “men”. These “men” have becoming little more than easily frightened, easily manipbulated, subservient cowards. Can’t expect much from them. They’d prefer to pander to, participate in and, if it avoids confrontation, even celebrate the delusions of seriously mentally ill and drugged trannies. It’s truly disgusting.
Too late for Planet Fitness. They catered to the woke or was it the government?

I don’t understand how he could be arrested if it’s the company policy to allow men asserting they are female to use the locker room.
I oppose the policy; I quit Planet Fitness ten years ago over it. But I don’t understand how he could be arrested.

I’m sure in less woke areas of this country, he would be arrested and the police could always allow the DA to decline to charge later, at some point, and release them.
I thought this was perfectly ok at Planet Fitness.
Ah, the old “what if” ridiculous question. When that happens, you’ll have your answer? In this case, it was a man, so the question is irrelevant.
