I don’t understand how he could be arrested if it’s the company policy to allow men asserting they are female to use the locker room.

I oppose the policy; I quit Planet Fitness ten years ago over it. But I don’t understand how he could be arrested.

I’m sure in less woke areas of this country, he would be arrested and the police could always allow the DA to decline to charge later, at some point, and release them.
