When ‘non-dogmatic’ information becomes FREE & TRANSPARENT it becomes a threat to those who attempt to control the narrative and/or the stable.
When you are awake, you stand on the outside of the stable (‘group-think’ collective), and have ‘free thought’.
"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.
Trust and put faith in yourself.

All I can guess is this: FISA can be used very wrongly, as in the fake Russian threat used against DJT. But FISA can be also used against AmCits who are collaborating with foreign entities against the Constitution of the US. FISA does indeed go both ways.
If so, it seems the good guys want to keep the warrantless searches against the very bad guys going - probably because warrant searches would tip them off, given the present state of our corrupt court system.
The Speaker meeting with POTUS Trump was very interesting. Why meet in person after all? Secure communications perhaps?
Finally shortly after changing his vote - the deciding vote - on warrantless searches, the Speaker noted that he did it based upon a highly classified intel briefing that he had received, and further that he wished all members could receive the same briefing.
I wonder if that briefing was the real reason for Mar a Lago...

Also unclear was whether any emergency situations were impacted.
